Home features 2 large living rooms, 3 bedrooms with new beds, 2.5 baths, a stunning private pool with an optional heater, bikes for adults and kids and four kayaks. Desk for those wanting to work remote, high-speed internet and Bluetooth printer/scanner provided. Take in the gorgeous view every morning while sipping coffee on the lanai or watching for dolphins in the canal from the beautiful new dock. Explore downtown Cape Coral and the farmers market just a short bike ride or walk from your front door. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Our stay was enjoyable after we had a bit of a bump upon check-in (the housekeeper was late in getting things ready.) Once I called the owner the housekeeper had things in order quickly, which we appreciated. The house was welcoming, comfortable and roomy. The area where the house is located in near to restaurants, shopping and convenient to highways. If we come back to Cape Coral, we will certainly consider staying there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house with Kyacking, fishing, and crabbing, and games. It was nice to just relax in the pool and enjoy each other’s company. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. I would stay again for sure!

Family Fun

Getting into the home was super easy thanks to great communication from the owners. The house is so cute and they had all the necessities needed . They supply so much its impossible to get board, choose from bike rides(they have enough for the whole family to ride together), canoeing, fishing, swimming, and more. We were already talking about wanting to come back and stay longer. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

Absolutely loved the house! Sitting by the pool , looking at the palm trees and the canal were breathtaking. I loved that Publix was down the road and the proximity of getting to sanibel, fort Myers beach. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was even though I paid to have to pool heated, it was still cold but I’m sure going in February contributed to that. Would definitely come back!

Quiet location

I live in a dry climate, so although it seemed to me that this property needed a little more maintenance, I realize that when you have a house with a pool located on a canal in south Florida, the owners are going to be in a constant battle with the elements.The house is well laid out for a large family. The most surprising thing was how quiet it is. If you look at an aerial view, it’s in a neighborhood surrounded by lots of houses, but in reality, you never hear neighbors or traffic, it is very peaceful.

Perfect location for Cape Coral

This home was perfect for my family plus 2 granddaughters! Clean!! I can’t stress how clean it was. The pool was perfect, lots of toys for our grands to use. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter who lived literally 5 minutes away!

Peace, Quiet and a boat

Al and Jennifer were very responsive to our texts. They have a very nice house on a canal that leads to the river. A very scenic boat ride gets you out to the river. Restaurants, shops and everything you need is nearby.

Cape Coral Canal House

The home has EVERYTHING you would ever need! From kitchenware to towels to electronics. The home is spacious. We found the beds really comfortable and the neighborhood We grilled dinner, fished from the dock and read by the pool. We did pay to heat the pool, but it was way too cold to go in and swim.This home is a great spot for a few days or a few weeks. Al and Jennifer were very easy to communicate with. We hope to return!peaceful.

Great stay in Cape Coral

My family had a great stay at this Cape Coral house on a canal. The house is very well stocked with everything you need, especially the kitchen. There are plenty of towels, linens and pool items. The best part was sitting on the quiet canal. The palm trees provided shade and we split our time between relaxing by the canal and enjoying the fantastic pool! We used the kayaks. There are plenty of bikes in the garage. The house is close to a Publix, walking distance to CVS and Walgreens. It is close to many restaurants. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved by the owners. Al and Jenny were very accommodating!

The house was great! It was very clean and had everything needed. It does have a coffee maker along with keurig. Laundry soap was provided. You do need to bring your own soap and shampoo. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. The dock was gorgeous. Not a huge deal but the fish night lights were not working and the boat dock was not in working order either…just so you ask if it has been fixed if this is an important feature to you. They have decent fishing poles, tackle and bait cooler. We fished off the dock and caught rays and cat fish. We used the kayaks. We rented a boat and left the canals and went to Sanibel to fish the ocean. Saw many dolphins and caught 10 different types of fish. It was a great vacation and would definitely rent here again.

Decent place but outdated and a few issues

The location isn’t the best as far as surrounding houses and area we didn’t feel safe with our vehicle outside much less anything else. House its self was very clean and functional but also very outdated especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the biggest issues was the water heater which either has issues or is just simply turned down to low. The water in the showers would never get hot just warm and then before the end of a normal shower it would be cold. We were only there three nights if longer it would have been a huge issue. Another top of our list issue was one of the main reasons we booked the house was it was listed with a heated pool especially since we were there in the winter. Then we show up and in the welcome book it states there is a setup fee that is extra and the pool was cold. This was very misleading and being there a short time even if we wanted to pay the setup fee it wouldn’t be enough time to heat the pool before we left. This should be part of the listing and clearly communicated to the renter before their trip. Lastly the owners have now put a damage claim in for a patio chair that we never sat in or even touched so be careful with these folks. It was cold the whole time we were there and we never went on the patio or used a chair so we know it wasn’t anything we did. Overall not a great experience for our anniversary trip and we wouldn’t recommend nor would we even remotely think about booking again.

The house was great, clean, roomy for 4 adults, easy check-in, great location. It was a little on the chilly side at night, glad we had the pool heated. Neighborhood is very quiet, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We used the bikes and kayaks, coolers available for beach days. Hosts are wonderful to deal with and very responsive, would definitely recommend.

We love to host and share the great joy of the views this home offers and the opportunity to swim anytime. We have found Cape Coral to be a wonderful place to visit with family and friends as there are so many fantastic restaurants and fun water activities to enjoy. It's the perfect location to relax and unwind at your own private pool or drive 15 minutes to a major happening beach. There is so much to do and see that we never get bored.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly neighbors, less traffic as it is a dead end street. Close to downtown Cape Coral shops and restaurants.

Our home is unique in the fact that we have a private pool with a dock and boat lift along the canal for fishing and kayaking. It's also on a dead end street that allows for less traffic for bike riding for smaller kids. It's also very close to downtown and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shopping.
