We were mostly disappointed.The property was poorly maintained. We were also promised tailored attention, and the one time we complained - they did send someone over quickly, told us they would get back to us, but we never heard back until checkout. Had to request instructions for checkout too.Property need maintenance, and the photos are dated bc they look much better than what we experiencedThe two bedrooms with outdoor showers-only had weak hot water pressure. We could not use the waterfall shower heads, and had to use the handle head in order to get any hot water. -Night stands had lights with no outlets nearby for your phone or for the light.-Only 2 ceiling fans on the property, and one didnt work.-AC remotes had issues-TV never worked.-Sliding doors had mechanical issues specifically with the locks. -Stains on the walls, furniture, couches, mattresses, countertops-Stovetop vent didnt work. -Cutlery was subpar. - Nonstick Pans were scratched (hazardous)- cooking utensils were melted- Drawers were full of junk, and leaking batteries.We arrived on sunday and management told us we had no options for food or groceries, but we ventured out and found a carrefour in le mantin that was open, along with plenty of restaurant options. Seems like they didnt tell us correct info.Neighbor’s dog also chased us on the property. Positive: rental service that they offer was amazing.

Suberbe villa en bord de mer

Villa spacieuse et propre, conforme à la description de l'annonce. Accueil impeccable par la gestionnaire. Nous avions commandé un repas qui était dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. La gestionnaire a été très disponible et aidante lors de notre séjour. Elle nous a très bien conseillé quant aux excursions et s'est chargée de la réservation de celles-ci. Rien à redire sur la qualité de la villa et du séjour. Nous répéterions l'expérience sans hésiter.

Pas à la hauteur du prix.

Bel endroit, bien situé, vue à couper le souffle. Mais, intérieur très peu entretenu. Lave vaisselle à faire rager ( panier inférieur brisé ), frigo qui ne garde pas la nourriture froide. Micro onde très compliqué à faire fonctionner. Salle de lavage dans un état lamentable, propreté très négligée. La présence de notre cuisinière Lori a été un baume. Sachez que vous aurez absolument besoin d’un véhicule pour vos courses. Je recommande mais les electro- ménagers sont dans un état désuet ++.

Maison confortable bien placée / confortable house well-situated

Nous sommes une famille avec des adolescents, nous cherchions le calme dans un environnement unique. Cette maison a su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Située en face d’un ponton d’où l’on peut partir pour les ilets ou les fonds blancs, la maison dispose de belles chambres aux beaux volumes, avec une vue sur l’océan extraordinaire. La location de la maison ainsi que les nombreuses prestations proposées si on le désire, sont toutes de très grandes qualités. We are a family with teenagers, We were looking for an exceptionnal site with calm and luxury. This big house, situated just in front of the ocean, offers an exceptionnal site, with the possibility to borrow a boat . The quality of the rent of the house, as all the services proposed if you want to, are all of very good quality, top services.
