Air-conditioned 3 room villa (sleeps 6) with terrace, garden and balcony.
Large living room with sofa bed, TV, table and chairs opening onto a terrace with garden table, chairs.
Kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, hotplates, classic oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, toaster ... Washing machine, dryer and small fridge additional.
On the first floor:
1 air-conditioned master bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds 90cm with the possibility to put them together for a double bed 180cm.
1 shower room and 1 independent toilet.
Located in the center of the village between the private pool and the wave pool.
In the domain Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez, you will have access to all the infrastructures and activities in season:
Aquatic area open from April to early November and the waves from June to late September. Beaches arranged around the 3 swimming pools (including 1 supervised and 1 heated)
Access to common pools with wristbands and badge for the private pool of the villas.
