I thought this property was an excellent shape on the inside. The outside appearance needs to have a little tender love and care but don't let the outside fool you the inside was great. The property was close to the seawall if you wanted to walk. I would highly recommend this place to anybody it was a good location and the inside appearance was awesome.

We were traveling with our two elementary-age children and our small dog, and the house worked great. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. The location worked well for getting to the beach, pier, and other sites in Galveston. There was a minor hiccup at check-in, but the host was quick to act. The host was great at communicating throughout.

The location is great, walking distance to the seawall. The house was spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out very easy. We would definitely stay there again

Host was fantastic about a couple minor issues with check in, and the house was fantastic to have our dogs at. House was clean, quiet, and really nice inside. Make sure to bring mosquito spray if you want to sit outside, but that’s a Galveston tip not just something for this house.

Amazing! The home is perfect and the host is awesome! Everything was as expected and more. We are a family of eight and fit perfectly comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I cannot say enough good things, but we will be back ad soon as possible and look forward to many more stays here.

Close proximity to everything we needed. Spacious enough that everyone fit comfortably. If we find ourselves vacationing in Galveston again this is the first thing we will make sure is available.

This was our annual Friendcation trip. The house was amazing. No complaints on the house at all. Will need updated pictures as the pictures listed are older and a few things have changed. We will definitely choose this house again if we come back and it is available. Beware of Galveston mosquitoes!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Seaside Sanctuary! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a relaxing home away from home. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.One of our favorite parts was enjoying our morning coffee while looking through the guest book and the "before" photos of the property. It was inspiring to see the care and dedication that has gone into making this such a special place. The location was perfect for exploring Galveston, yet peaceful enough to simply sit back and unwind.Frederick was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. It was clear he takes great pride in his property and wants his guests to feel welcome.We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay in Galveston with a host who goes above and beyond, we highly recommend the Seaside Sanctuary. We choose this property due to proximity to the beach, it is truly 2 blocks! Nice and close. Does not have beach view, but you can very quickly get there! 3 rooms would easily accomodate 3 couples. Very well kept! Thank you!

The beds were so comfortable lots of pillows that was nice. House was very cold and very comfortable at nite sleeping. Luv the kitchen. Nice fenced yard for ur fur babies. So close to the seawall. Highly recommend.

Host was great he was prompt in response extremely helpful and kind!We found the beds uncomfortable and the back yards a bit small and overgrown but the dogs were secure which was a great help when outside with them.
