This was one of the best rental I have had with large group and with children and animals. Place was clean and very spacious. The host was communicative and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and looking to rent a again.

We love coming to this wonderful York home. The small beach a block away is great for children and early morning dog walks. The porch is the highlight of every day. We are coming again next summer. Thank you Whitney for making our stay perfect.

We stayed here with our extended family for my husbands 70th bday. It is a great location and the front deck was amazing.

WONDERFUL location and home. Very clean, amazing porch that looks over the ocean. Walk to the beach and great parking. Room for everyone to have their own bedroom.

Heavenly stay by the sea

Our extended family gathered for a week long stay in this home in York. Everyone loved the house. We all went on walks along the harbor and cooked and gathered on the porch overlooking the bay. We loved our stay so much we will return next summer.

Best Spot!

We had a lovely stay! York is so beautiful and it was a perfect spot for the family to stay for our son's wedding! The host was extremely helpful and so very kind making sure we had everything we needed for the big day! There was plenty of room for the groomsmen to gather and get ready and the photographer was able to get some great pictures on the deck!

Great house in York Harbor

Our family beach trip was wonderful! Perfect location and steps away from the beach and the fisherman’s walk and wiggly bridge. The house is very well maintained and the owner made sure we had everything during our stay. An added bonus was that there was AC on the 3rd floor in all the bedrooms. Overall a great stay!

Lovely long weekend!

This property is fantastic! Whitney was so responsive and generous, letting us check in early and making sure everything was okay. The house had everything we needed for 8 adults and 2 infants under 2- from beach towels to kitchen gear, it’s fully stocked, super clean and comfortable! We loved the big deck, grill, large dining table and quick walk to a beautiful, fairly private beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Extended Family Space

We had a wonderful time at this large York Harbor condo. It easily accommodated my entire family - daughter, SIL, grands, significant others, and friends. The home was clean with a lovely coastal décor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach was a very short walk away and restaurants close by. The large deck overlooking the beach gave way to great views and peaceful morning coffee. The host was terrific; readily available to answer our questions to help us settle in.

Wonderful stay in York Harbor

My family has visited York many times, but we never knew about the gem of York Harbor. Our stay was delightful, our house was perfectly appointed for families of all ages (in our case, ages 8 months to me, grandma), and very close to the beach. Our house had all of the amenities that anyone would need or want. Most of all, Whitney, our host was immediately and impressively responsive to our questions and needs. You will not be disappointed.
