Quarante ans de souvenirs ont été créés ici et maintenant c'est à votre tour de créer ces mêmes bons souvenirs en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison confortable peut accueillir huit personnes et dispose d'une salle de bains et demie, ainsi que d'une nouvelle douche extérieure! Immense terrasse donnant sur une belle cour arrière et des jardins pérennes. Laissez vos draps, jouets de sable et chaises de plage à la maison. Des draps et des serviettes propres sont fournis pour votre séjour.

Stayed with two kids and four adults. The location was great but the best part was all of the toys, beach chairs, beach buggies and anything you could need. Feel like that can be rare with a rental but makes your life so much easier than trying to make do with bare bones.

Great rental home in York Beach! We had a terrific stay with our family. Location is terrific in a great neighborhood within a short walk to Short Sands Beach. The house is updated, very clean, and nicely maintained, and it's well equipped with whatever you might need for your stay. And communication with the owner was great and very responsive. Tina's home was the perfect beach cottage for our family's first trip to Maine. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen since we enjoy cooking a few meals at home, and the upstairs lounge was a great place to relax after a day at the beach.The home is exceptionally family-friendly. Our kids loved the backyard games, and Tina provides everything you need for the beach—boogie boards, beach towels, a wagon, outdoor shower, and more. It's an easy 10-minute walk to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches, and the wagon makes carrying everything effortless.We didn't rent a car and found it easy to walk to the beaches, restaurants, and attractions, and get an Uber if we needed it. Tina was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always available if we had a question.Don't miss Fox's Lobster House near Nubble Lighthouse for a fantastic Connecticut-style lobster roll, amazing ocean views, and incredible homemade blueberry pie. Also within a block are Little Auk, a wonderful elevated gourmet restaurant with reasonable prices, and Dunne's Ice Cream, a York favorite.We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The home, location, thoughtful amenities, and Tina's hospitality made this one of our favorite family vacations. We'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location allowed us plenty of beach time with the grandchildren. Close enough to go several times a day plus the playground at Short Sands was ideal! Amazing stay - best location!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and has all the little things to make your stay very comfortable. We had a group of 8 and felt we had plenty of space - the outdoor shower was a huge plus for us! We walked to short sands every day which was only about a 10 minute walk. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood!

We loved our stay on Nicole Road. We loved the location, quiet street, large deck and yard and the whole house had everything we needed for a week at the beach and was super family-friendly. Tina was responsive and helpful. Kids voted this was their favorite house we have stayed at and I couldn't agree more!

Comfortable place by the sea

This house was perfectly situated between both beaches and a quick walk down to the light house! Plenty of supplies for cooking at the house and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and short drives! We had a great time at the zoo and was much bigger than we expected! Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

We just couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy the home that has been in our family for over three decades. So many memories have been made here. Our short field whiffle ball games were always a family favorite played right in the backyard. Bocce tournaments, daily trips to Goldenrod, the arcade and Browns ice cream (now called Dunns) have been part of every summer since 1979.
