This is a great property: very clean, beautiful deck and close to many attractions. Tina and Phil provide everything you need for a great beach day as well. Definitely recommend!

Tina was excellent communicator, and the property was exactly as stated and well stocked and taken care of. We had a wonderful week - we had the opportunity to extend our stay by a day which worked out great for our family. We’d be happy to return!

Tina was great at communicating. The property was in the perfect location. We walked to the beach everyday and ice cream was right up the street too. Easy check in and out. There were a ton of games, beach chairs, and towels. The property was clean and we had a wonderful week. We will be back!

Stayed with two kids and four adults. The location was great but the best part was all of the toys, beach chairs, beach buggies and anything you could need. Feel like that can be rare with a rental but makes your life so much easier than trying to make do with bare bones.

Great vacation spot!

Loved this house and location! Had everything we could possibly need and more! Central to everything — beaches, restaurants and all the fun shops. Looking forward to going back next summer for sure!

Great rental home in York Beach! We had a terrific stay with our family. Location is terrific in a great neighborhood within a short walk to Short Sands Beach. The house is updated, very clean, and nicely maintained, and it's well equipped with whatever you might need for your stay. And communication with the owner was great and very responsive. Highly recommended!

I stayed here with my husband, 18mo old, and in laws. The house was perfect for us - clean, spacious, in such a convenient location and it had everything you could need for a day at the beach or rainy day. Tina was so nice & accommodating. We had an amazing time & would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood, great location and well equipped home. Easy check in, clean home, lots of privacy and space for our family. Owners put a lot of thought into details that made it easy to find everything and quickly feel at home. Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing stay - best location!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and has all the little things to make your stay very comfortable. We had a group of 8 and felt we had plenty of space - the outdoor shower was a huge plus for us! We walked to short sands every day which was only about a 10 minute walk. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood!

Family Vacation

Location allowed us plenty of beach time with the grandchildren. Close enough to go several times a day plus the playground at Short Sands was ideal! Great backyard with lots of toys and games provided. Great deck space for family cookouts. House well equipped with dishes and cookware. Outdoor shower was a big hit with the hot weather.

The Perfect Getaway!

Thank you Tina and Phil for making our family vacation a dream!! The layout of the house, the location, the back porch, it was all so serene! The kids had a blast playing in the back yard all week and the grown ups even got in on a game or two of ladder ball!

Home away from home....

We loved our stay on Nicole Road. We loved the location, quiet street, large deck and yard and the whole house had everything we needed for a week at the beach and was super family-friendly. Tina was responsive and helpful. Kids voted this was their favorite house we have stayed at and I couldn't agree more!

Comfortable place by the sea

This house was perfectly situated between both beaches and a quick walk down to the light house! Plenty of supplies for cooking at the house and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and short drives! We had a great time at the zoo and was much bigger than we expected! Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.
