The Apartment

The apartment "L'Impérial 3" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an iconic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, directly facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. There is no better place to experience local life: watch the fishing boats leave and return with their catch, see the local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. This is a fantastic living space just two minutes' walk from all the amenities and the beach.

L'Impérial 3 is a fully equipped apartment with one bedroom featuring a 140 cm double bed, as well as a living room offering an unbeatable view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, and the sea. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen corner. A bathroom with a non-separated toilet completes the facilities.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Everything is arranged to offer you comfort, with no direct neighbors, away from prying eyes, and within walking distance of all shops and the beach. You will have access to all the necessary equipment for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

Idéal pour des vacances ou un week-end en couple

Mon compagnon et moi avons pu profiter d’un excellent week-end détente au Grau du Roi grâce à l’emplacement de l’appartement. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de balades à pieds, les restaurants/bistrots aux alentours ont un bon rapport qualité/prix et l’agence étant à deux pas facilite la communication pour l’arrivée et le départ.

Vu magnifique

L’accueil a été parfait, même un appel de Clara (c’était le jeudi noir des agriculteurs) que nous avons apprécié pour savoir si ça allait.! Et le chauffage a été mis et les volets ouverts pour que l’on profite du coucher de soleil. Un bien fou après avoir passer bcp de temps sur la route. L’appartement est propre, on a passé 3 jours tellement reposant. La literie (oreillers, matelas, ….(d’ailleurs 2 alèses) Très propre c’est tellement rare qu’il faut le souligner. Merci pour tout

on a adoré la vue tant sur la mer que sur le quai ce qui pour ce dernier point donne un peu plus de vie en hiver .La grande baie de la pièce principale fait oublier qu'il s'agit d'un petit logement de vacances .Le canapé lit grince affreusement et le lit double dans al chambre est en 140cm . La douche est exiguë et pourvue d'une haute marche donc si vous êtes costaud ou avez des difficultés à la marche comme mon mari qui n' a pas pu se doucher , elle n'est pas appropriée. Pas de lave vaisselle mais une machine à laver , choix judicieux pour les vacanciers
