Petite déception

Séjour de 2 nuits dans cet appartement en R-1 (et non villa). LES - : • Pas de parking mais un espace sur accotement de route pouvant accueillir 2 voitures (pas plus, et 1 voiture autorisée par logement au nombre de 2) • Logement pour 4 personnes avec éventuellement 1 enfant (mon ado a mal dormi sur le petit clic-clac, bien que neuf) • Absence de clarté de l’annonce quand à la disposition et le type de logement (appartement mitoyen en R-1 d’une villa occupée par la proprio) • Exposition plein soleil l’après-midi sans climatiseur (1 ventilateur sur pied dispo). • Fonctionnement de la climatisation uniquement entre 19h30 et 6h (environ) • Problème de fermeture de la porte d’entrée (nous n’avons pas été informé) • Lavabo bouché à notre arrivée (nous n’avons pas été informé), débouché par nos soins. LES CHOSES À RAJOUTER au logement pour une meilleure expérience : porte savon de douche, porte clés à suspendre à l’entrée, déco murale pour plus de chaleur, éponge à vaisselle propre, essoreuse à salade, et un peu de charbon pour démarrer un BBC. LES + : • propreté logement • propreté piscine • environnement calme • portail de sécurité (mais autre versant du logement reste à sécuriser aussi)
