Nice little Oasis for exploring Grande Terre

Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe.

Great Stay in Guadeloupe

Excellent stay! As we arrived late our friendly host Eric met us by the main road to guide us to his residential community. This was a very nice house with a built in swimming pool near a very pretty town on the coast. All the supplies we needed were available for cooking as well as plenty of towels for the six of us. Sitting by the pool in the late afternoon after sightseeing was a great way to cap off our day!

Fabulous Location and House

Eric’s house is the perfect location to explore, enjoy nearby beaches, and sample the restaurants and villages of Sainte Anne and Sainte Francois. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and with a full kitchen and lovely private pool which is quite a luxury. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms does come in handy on warm evenings. Eric was there to greet me when I arrived in the evening and was gracious to show me the village of Sainte Anne and acquaint me with the neighborhood. When I had questions, he was always available by phone. A fabulous host and I highly recommend his house.

Great location and private retreat

Eric met us at the property late at night to accommodate our flight time, and was most helpful always in getting us oriented to the island and the house and in responding to any questions. The house and pool are very private, spacious and in a really good location to discover Grande Terre. It is especially well situated to access the Plage at Bois Jolan, a few minutes away, which is one of our favorite beaches in Guadeloupe, undeveloped, with lots of vegetation for shade, and beautiful shallow water. Thanks to Eric for a great week.

CONFORME A LA DESCRIPTION DE L'ANNONCE

Très bon accueil, séjour très agréable, piscine très appréciée des petits et des grands.Bonne localisation, mais voiture indispensable. Tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce. Le propriétaire Eric, est très réactif et efficace pour vous assister en cas de problème.

trés agréable séjour

Très belle villa fonctionnelle avec tout le confort. Correspond en tout point à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. La piscine est agréable et largement suffisante pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Villa située sur la route des superbes plages de bois jolan (ce qui lui donne un atout supplémentaire)

Soggiorno gradevole in Guadalupa !

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza di 2 settimane in questa spaziosa casetta con giardino e piscina alla periferia di Sainte Anne durante le vacanze di Natale 2010-11. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente, disponibile e premuroso: nonostante fossimo arrivati la sera tardi ci ha aspettati dandoci tutte le indicazioni e facendoci trovare il frigo fornito per la cena e la prima colazione. Durante il soggiorno si è rotta la televisione e ce l'ha prontamente sostituita con un modello di nuova generazione. Il collegamento internet, requisito fondamentale per il nostro soggiorno in questa struttra, funzionava perfettamente. La piscina, completamente recintata, è stata molto apprezzata, soprattutto dalle bambine. La zona in cui si trova la casa è molto tranquilla, ma in brevissimo tempo si possono raggiungere le spiagge, il centro di St. Anne e i negozi (Leader Price, GIFI e un panificio) di Poirier. In definitiva ci siamo trovati molto bene e se dovessimo ritornare in Guadalupa, non esiteremmo ad affittare nuovamente questa casa.

Une adresse à retenir

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison au calme et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié : - les 2 chambres climatisées avec de grands placards - la cuisine bien équipée avec loggia attenante pour prendre les repas - la salle d'eau fonctionnelle - le séjour spacieux avec accès Wi-Fi - le jardin et la piscine bien sécurisée Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil et conseillons cette location à toute personne disposant d'un véhicule.

Maison en toute simplicité

La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel au calme. Confortable en toute simplicité. Nos 2 filles étaient dans la chambre (2 lits simple) et nous à l'étage. Clim dans les 2. Salon confortable avec télé (plusieurs chaines): à noter un accès internet gratuit disponible avec un bon débit. Petite cuisine très complète (dont machine à laver, microonde, lave-vaisselle...). Petite piscine agréable pour les fins d'après-midi avec les enfants. Très bon accueil du propriétaire.

Trés bon séjour

Maison spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire; Les plages et les commerces sont à proximité; La piscine est bien appréciée, surtout avec les enfants (piscine bien sécurisée); Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible (arrivée tardive à la location mais frigidaire rempli par ses soins pour diner et petit déjeuner ! Merci encore!) Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour avec beaucoup de soleil!!

à recommander

Accueil agréable. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de vos demandes et disponible.Cette villa correspond tout à fait à l'annonce passée sur Abritel. Elle est plaisante, facile à vivre. Elle est très bien située, proche de Saint Anne et de ses plages et pas trop éloignée pour les excursions de Basse Terre. Dans une impasse vous profitez du calme et n'êtes pas ennuyé par les bruits de la ville. A recommander à toute personne qui désire profiter de la Guadeloupe en de bonnes conditions.

Une location dans laquelle il fait bon vivre , bie

Une location dans laquelle il fait bon vivre , bien équipée et très bien placée pour profiter des joies de la plage . Les commerces sont à proximité et le propriétaire consciencieux du bien être de ses résidents. La piscine permet une bonne détente après les longues journées passées sous le soleil. Je recommande cette adresse pour son bon rapport qualité prix.

un séjour parfait

Cette maison est idéalement située à ste Anne au calme mais tout proche des plages de bois Jolan et du bourg de Ste Anne. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par le propriétaire des lieux qui nous avez même préparé un en-cas suite à notre arrivée un dimanche en fin de journée. Le propriétaire s’est rendu disponible pour nous fournir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Nous recommandons à tous de séjourner dans cette maison idéale.

Fantastique

Eric est à l’écoute de nos besoins, serviable et très disponible. L’endroit est formidable, calme et on y retrouve tout ce que nous avons besoin. Nous avons voyagé par bus et taxi sans aucun soucis de transport. Épicerie et boulangerie près de la maison à pied ou en bus. C’est certain que nous allons revenir . Endroit relaxant .

Maison très bien placée dans un quartier calme et toute proche de l'entrée de St Anne Equipements au top : Climatiseurs et moustiquaire, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, table de cuisson Literie confortable Le jardin est tres bien entretenu. La piscine privée est un vrai atout ! Possibilité de rentrer 2 voitures dans le jardin. Eric au top ! Echanges très cordiaux avant et pendant le séjour. Toujours disponible si besoin. Propose également des sorties bateau. Excellent séjour dans sa globalité. On reviendra !!

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Accueil trés sympathique, cependant une boisson fraîche à l'arrivée serait un plus. Maison agréable, bien équipée et spacieuse, la piscine est appreciable. La maison est bien située, la boulangerie très proche à pied. L'accès à Bois Jolan à pied également pour balades et baignades. Je recommande cette location.

L'habitation parfaite !

Nous avons passé un très beau sejour dans cette habitation. Idéal pour une famille, la piscine clôturée est tres sécuritaire. L'hôte était en tout temps disponible pour nous guidé dans nos question. L'emplacement était génial car nous étions proche des plages, restaurante, centre-ville, epicerie et station d'essence. Tout etait accessible.
