For our group weekend getaway, we wanted a house with a pool, grill, and pool table. We booked months in advance. The week before, we were told that there was only a small charcoal grill and a larger propane grill would be an upcharge. The billiards table had no working cues,. When we arrived we had to clean the pool ourselves. They didn't send access codes until the time of arrival (and I was on a plane unable to send to guests arriving). Additionally, the week before our trip I was informed there was a problem with my payment, and if I didn't immediately respond they would cancel my booking (after having booked it for months). Overall, I would not recommend this listing.

Was overall good experience. Just we had to ask for towels while my friends had many extra ones already when they got there. The fridge wasn’t that clean. I cleaned it myself. And the bottom of the oven was filthy. I called and you sent someone. I shouldn’t have had to call. It should’ve been cleaned before I got there. And only 2 lounge chairs by pool.

Nice Home but ROACHES!

This was a nice home and the rooms were very spacious. I had two complaints. One was that there were roaches under the kitchen counter. When I brought it to the owners attention, he did not acknowledge it. My second issue is that we did not have hot water for hot showers. We requested for the pool to be heated, not knowing that it would affect the hot water in the home. I informed the owner at 5pm and I was told that someone would come that night. No one came until the following morning and we still had the same issue for all 4 nights. We were told to let the water run for 15 minutes to get hot water, which was ridiculous! We received $100 refund which still does not suffice for what we went through without hot water and the presence of roaches in the kitchen.
