This was a great property! House was super clean and every bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive, flexible and helpful! The neighborhood does have crazy tight security so the parking rules are taken VERY SERIOUSLY. Recommend carpooling if over 4 cars.

About the host

Host profile image
As a host, my goal is simple — to create a seamless, elevated vacation experience where families can relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy their time together.

I take pride in thoughtful details: premium mattresses, luxury linens, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and amenities that make a real difference — like included pool heat and complimentary grill access. I understand how important comfort and convenience are when traveling with family or large groups, so I’ve designed this home to feel like a private resort.

My team and I are responsive, professional, and committed to making every stay smooth from booking through checkout.

Why they chose this property

The Encore/Reunion area offers one of the most desirable locations in Central Florida — combining proximity to Disney and Universal with the privacy and elegance of a resort-style setting.

What sets this area apart is the balance of upscale surroundings and convenience. Guests can enjoy world-class attractions during the day and return to a spacious, beautifully appointed home in the evening.

With access to Reunion’s more refined resort amenities and nearby championship golf, it provides a premium environment that complements the level of comfort offered inside the home.

What makes this property unique

This home stands apart because it was designed intentionally — with quality and comfort as the priority.

Sleeping Arrangements Include:

• 4 King bedrooms
• 2 primary/master suites with spacious layouts
• Full-over-full bunk suite (not twin bunks) — comfortably sleeps 4

Every bedroom features high-end mattresses selected for superior support and comfort. No thin or basic rental beds. Guests consistently comment on how well they sleep here.

Luxury linens, soft premium towels, and carefully selected furnishings create an experience similar to a boutique hotel — but with the space and privacy of a private estate.

Additional distinguishing features include:

• Heated private pool and spa (included at no extra charge)
• Private in-home theater with reclining seating
• Complimentary grill usage
• Pet-friendly accommodations
• Access to Reunion Resort amenities
• Exclusive Island H2O Live! partnership benefits
• No resort fees

With seven bathrooms — all en-suite — every guest enjoys privacy and convenience, making it ideal for multi-generational families, executive retreats, and group travel.

This is not a standard vacation rental — it is a carefully curated luxury retreat designed for comfort, privacy, and elevated value.
