Welcome to our 2-bedroom beachfront condo along the shores of Cape Canaveral, Florida! This spacious vacation rental offers access to the best sun, sea & space right off the back patio for the ultimate beach getaway experience.

Unpack your bags, settle in, and stay a while. Inside, you will find a fully furnished and equipped condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area is spacious and cozy, with an expansive sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and natural light that streams in through the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and outdoor area.

The large private patio space is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to dine al fresco in the evening to the sound of the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and everything you need if you want to cook at home (if we don't have it just ask!) during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed & twin bunk beds. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Upgrades: new washer and dryer in the unit, new patio furniture, a new refrigerator, a home office set-up (by request) and bunk beds for the guest bedroom. Stainless steel enhanced gravity water filtration system available upon request.

As our guest, you will have access to all of the condo association shared-amenities, including a temperature regulated pool, a sauna, the community room, and private beach access. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella & toys are stocked in our patio closet for use during your stay.

This home away from home is perfect for families, couples, and contractors on an extended stay in the space coast. Our home office set-up includes fast WiFi and desk with a docking station and second monitor.

We are dog friendly ($200 pet fee applies), with a minimum booking requirement of 29 nights.

Perfect Location

Great stay

This condo is in a wonderful location. Neighbors are friendly. Easy to get to beach and not very crowded. Condo has everything needed for an extended stay.

Wonderful stay

Sea La Vie is a great place to stay. The proximity to the ocean is wonderful. Neighbors are friendly and are starting to treat us like owners. The weather this year was unbelievable, only 2 days of rain. This year I was able to find a cleaner that finally got the floors white again. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, we are looking forward to next year again.

Perfect place for work or family fun

I have been traveling to Cape Canaveral quite a bit for work and finally decided to book this condo instead of staying in a hotel. I couldn't have been happier with this decision. The property was exactly how it was listed, and the location was perfect. Only a few steps from both the beach and the pool. My wife and kids were able to come stay for a few weeks and they absolutely loved it. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we all liked the large couch. I extended my rental multiple times in large part to the hosts Stephanie and Amanda. They were incredibly easy to work with and always quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our best rental yet

Sea La Vie was a great place to stay. Accessibility of the beach was very convenient. The condo was equipped with everything you could possible want. It was nice to enter a clean place for a change. Most of the condo has been updated and is quite modern. Love the tile floors instead of carpet. The neighbors are friendly and loved our little Ophelia. Looking forward to coming back. Lovely Condo

My husband and I stayed here for five weeks in February while he had business at the Cape. I work remotely, so I needed reliable internet. The connection was perfect and the hosts left an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed listening to the waves from the patio and watching the wildlife in the bushes on the dunes. It's a first floor condo so you can't see the waves from the patio but it is a very short walk to the beach. The hosts provided beach chairs and an umbrella which we made good use of. There was an electric grill for cooking out on the patio and lots of beach toys if you have kiddos. The kitchen had everything we needed for our long stay. The full-sized washer and dryer made laundry very convenient. There were plenty of linens including lots of beach towels and the beds and bathrooms were all very nice. We didn't have to communicate with the hosts more than once or twice but they were very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Another Great Time

This is our second year staying at this condo and we have already booked for next year. Stephanie and Amanda are wonderful hosts. The condo has everything you could possibly need. We love the location and the beach access is the best around. The neighbors are friendly and interesting. The kitchen cabinets and countertop need to be updated, some of the wood is disintegrating and the silverware drawer keeps falling out of track. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Extended work trip

My husband & I stayed at Sea la Vie on an extended work trip for close to 3.5 months. The property is beautiful & just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the amenities the condo had to offer & arrived to a fresh fruit basket & personalized note from the hosts! We chose this property due to it being recently updated, dog friendly & on the ground level. If you bring a pup with you, beware of the neighbors in the end unit next door - they were very rude to us about having our dog with us! Other than that, the other residents we met in nearby units were so welcoming & friendly. We loved our time in the condo & if work sends us back to the area, we’ll stay here again! Stephanie & Amanda were incredible hosts, very prompt & their unit had everything we needed in our home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Private patio, quiet community, friendly neighbors, and located on the best stretch of beach on the space coast. Relax on the patio, plan your day around the space launches, take up water activities, enjoy long walks on the beach! There is so much to do, but then you are also invited to do nothing at all. We can also personally attest that it is equally ideal for working remotely as it is for unplugging for your own personal retreat.
