Room description: This apartment, an annex on the first floor of a notable house in Hossegor with a separate entrance, features a kitchenette with a door opening onto the east-facing garden, 1 windowless bathroom with a shower, sink, wall-mounted toilet, and a towel-drying radiator; a dining area with a small east-facing window, a table, and 4 chairs; 1 walk-in bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 window overlooking the second room, and the second room with 2 single beds arranged in a corner to serve as a corner sofa during the day, with a door opening onto the east-facing garden. Access to the attached garage with a second bathroom and toilet, and a laundry area.
Green space between the apartment and the garage for tenants’ use. The property is located within a 2,200 m² park. The rest of the property is for the use of the owners, who occupy the main part of the house.
