Located in a quiet and residential area, this modern villa offers contemporary décor, floor to ceiling windows, and has state-of-the-art amenities.
Close to the beaches of the Bassin and the Ocean, steps away from walking and cycling trails.
Close to Bordeaux and Arcachon
A unique area where you can enjoy fresh oysters from local basin.

The accommodation:
On the ground floor:
- spacious living room / dining room with a smart TV, DVD player and home theater.
- a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven, steam oven, dishwasher, double sink etc. ...).
- adjacent laundry room with a large American refrigerator/freezer, a refrigerated wine cellar, a small fridge for drinks, a washing machine and a dryer.
- double bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

A fantastic holiday and family catch-up

Property was just as described, perfect for a good number of people with a very social layout. Three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, large outdoors eating area and a lovely pool. Add in table tennis and bbq. Nothing was missing. Aude the property manager was wonderful, offering advice of where to visit, eat etc, plus going one step further when offering a laundry service when the washing machine did not want to work. We must add she also sorted out the repair in good time. Our first trip from England to this part of France and would definitely wish to return. Thank you for making us so welcome and well done Aude for remembering your English words!
