The place was good for sleeping, and slept everybody that came. The kitchen was a little dusty/looked unsanitary. The shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. The hot water knob kept moving on it’s own making it hotter.

If it's a stay for work or pleasure, there's plenty of room. Quiet nice area. Everything is easy to get to. Plenty of on street parking. And a driveway.

I had 7 friends and myself come into town and we stayed at this listing. Plenty of places to sleep, the location to downtown is great, overall great stay. The property manager was very nice and very good communication if you needed anything while staying!

Nice little getaway that is close to downtown and the lake.

Pretty easy to get to and great location for travelling to downtown and/or Edgewater park. The only downside is having to share the driveway with the residents of the other side of the duplex.
