on arrive déjà dans une ruelle pas éclairée la nuit,, dans une cour en chantier, on récupère une clé 1er étage une serrure qui demande a avoir des vise pour tenir, toute petite pièces dont aucune des photos en ligne sur l'annonce ne correspond, sans télé, un accés a une terrasse mais il ne faut pas faire plus de 1.20m car sinon on ne passe pas sous le volet qui est casser, monter ou descente impossible, quelques locataires supplémentaires des fourmis en outre s'invitent passant dans les joints de la salle de bain...bref idéal surement pour d'autres mais pas pour ma part...

Benoit arrive à des heures très tardive et soit surpris du manque de lumière le volet de sa spacieuse terrasse privative était bloqué à mis hauteur soit 1 m ,20 de hauteur de quoi accéder à la terrasse sans trop de souci Benoit oublie de parlait des points positif endroit très calme et résidentiel à seulement 10 minutes a pieds du centre ville et de la literie qui est de bonne qualité pour un Studio ainsi que de la grande baignoire et de la machine à café Nespresso qui fait un excellent Café sinon quand Benoit laisse du sucre sur l’évier les fourmis adorent le ViLAIN Garçon :)))

Réservation facile et rapide avec un propriétaire consilian puisque qu il nous a donné accès au studio bien avant l horaires indiqués sur l annonce. Accès facile et place de voiture facile a trouver.a proximité. Accès au centre ville accessible à pied ,mais a éviter en talon mes dames... Studio plutôt agréable qui a répondu à nos besoin même si pas de télé. A recommander

Appartement non fini et a équiper correctement

L’appartement est plutôt agréable, enfin il pourrait si dans un premier temps il était équipé correctement : torchon, balai, tapis de douche, manique (et oui il y a un four), table d’intérieur convenable (et oui sans balai et avec une table avec trou on en met partout). Comme évoqué, il y a une terrasse qui donne sur une piscine en travaux (assez dangereux par les barres en fer à la verticale), il n’y a qu’une table pour l’extérieur et l’intérieur, et avec ce beau temps il était regrettable que tous les mitigeurs ne font de l’eau froide qu’à leur gré (ou jamais). Bref cela pourrait être bien mais ce n’est pas franchement le cas. Malgré tout, la procédure d’arrivé et la localisation sont irréprochables mais l’appartement n’est clairement meublé / équipé pour y séjourner.

Parfait pour un court sejour

Séjour parfaitement déroulé avec confort simple et communication très fluide avec le propriétaire. La future piscine en construction sera un plus indéniable.

The address entered is not accurate

I would give one star instead of three, the reason is that the address is wrong, it is marked on the website that the location is southwest of the city when in reality it is South, also it is written that the Gare d'Aix en Provence is 7 minutes away when in reality it is 18 minutes away. I also inquired about the wi-fi (needed for my work) to get a yes as an answer but the reality was that the wi-fi speed was very weak with a speed below 3.0 mbps. The reason I'm giving three stars is because even if the homeowner does not have a sense of customer service he seems interested in improving.

Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans les lieux en vu de l’inondation ( 4 cm d’eau sur toute la surface de la partie basse du studio ) Aucun échange avec le propriétaire sauf le jour de l’entré dans les lieux. Une fois les dégâts constatés nous avons appeler ce dernier pour lui faire part de notre mécontentement sachant qu’il était absent pour l’entré dans le studio. J’attends toujours un remboursement.

Bonjour il s’agit d’un cas de force majeur forte pluie sur Aix je vous ai proposé un autre de mes Studios dans la même Bastide qui était disponible et aussi bien agencé avec baignoire et belle terrasse que vous avez refusé je comprends toujours pas votre comportement ???? et Abritel vous a remboursé en intégralité donc je crois que je me suis montré très compréhensif et j’ai fait de mon mieux pour vous trouver une meilleure solution dans les 5 minutes et le soir même le studio était propre et sec la petite inondation réglé
