La rĂ©sidence dispose d’une grande piscine commune Ă  dĂ©bordement avec une magnifique vue panoramique.

La piscine est ouverte du 15 mai au 30 septembre.

Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage Ă  pied en 10-15 minutes ou 5 minutes en voiture.

Vous serez accueillis avec un panier rempli de produits locaux et frais du maraĂźcher.

Les propriétaires passent réguliÚrement de bons moments avec leur famille et ont pensé à tout pour votre confort.

Des transats pliables, des parasols, des sacs de plage, des chapeaux et des jouets sont disponibles pour vos journées à la plage. Vous pouvez emprunter la pagaie du propriétaire au bar de la plage.

Un vĂ©lo Ă©lectrique vous permettra de faire une belle balade puis de vous dĂ©tendre dans le jardin sur le hamac ou les transats, prĂšs de l’olivier tout en profitant d’une belle vue sur la mer.

Préparez un bon barbecue sur la belle terrasse tout en profitant de la vue et asseyez-vous confortablement dans le salon de jardin pour un apéritif au coucher du soleil.

Cette spacieuse villa dispose de 2 chambres et d’un 3Ăšme espace clos avec un rideau, un dressing, une salle de bain (double lavabo et douche Ă  l’italienne), deux toilettes, un salon, une cuisine - salle Ă  manger, 2 terrasses avec vue sur la mer et un jardin arborĂ© (olivier, bougainvilliers) idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue sur la MĂ©diterranĂ©e.

Une douche extĂ©rieure en pierre (avec eau chaude) complĂšte l’ensemble et vous permettra de prendre une douche en plein air tout en contemplant la mer mais en toute intimitĂ©. Un peu d’air de Bali...

Pour votre confort, la villa est climatisée, la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et un espace bureau est également disponible.

La chambre familiale dispose de 4 lits (un lit de 180cm, et deux canapĂ©s-lits de 90cm qui peuvent ĂȘtre assemblĂ©s ou sĂ©parĂ©s).

Une deuxiùme chambre dispose d’un grand lit double.

Ces deux belles chambres s’ouvrent sur le jardin et une magnifique vue mer.

Un troisiÚme espace nuit séparé du reste par un beau rideau comprend un lit double de 140cm.

Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© d’un canapĂ©-lit pour deux adultes.

Les commerces de proximité sont situés à 5 minutes en voiture (maraßchers, supermarché, restaurants, bars). Vous recevrez un livret de bienvenue avec de bonnes adresses.

It was a beautiful sea view, great location and was well stocked. The olive oil, honey, generous fresh fruit and vegetable basket was so kind, appreciated and consumed.The only issue we had was no hot water and the 2-air conditioners in the bedrooms did not work.

Our stay was terrible: 1). No instructions on location2) Upon arrival we could not find Villa. Thank goodness they had someone there to take us to the Villa.3) When she showed us the Villa when she opened the door the handle came out of the door!4) When we went in we saw only two beds were made and the helper had to return to make up the bed. I made a reservation for four.5) Do not believe the picture of the Villa with the pool you have to walk 2 blocks to use the pool.6) Property Keys are thieves they wanted over 1,000.00 for damage coverage.After being settled my daughter used the door to the patio when she came back into the room using the door it came off the hinges!! Proper Keys is charging me for damages. I would not recommend Property Keys for a rental.

Superbe maison et superbe vue.Tout est fait pour vous sentir bien, les Ă©changes sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et tout est rĂ©glĂ© rapidement.Un petit panier d'accueil avec fruits, lĂ©gumes, miel et boissons nous attendaient.La maison est magnifique, le seul bĂ©mol c'est le couchage du "haut" oĂč il manque vraiment de rideaux occultants.Sinon, le jacuzzi, les canapĂ©s extĂ©rieurs, la vue tout est formidable.L'intĂ©rieur et notamment la cuisine comprend tout ce kil faut pour cuisiner pour 10 !! Tout est incroyable.La piscine partagĂ©e, top la seule chose qu'il faut prevoir c'est la voiture car la maisin est en hauteur est un peu loun de tout mais la quiĂ©tude de fait est bien lĂ . Parfait pour des vacances reposantes A recommander
