Quiet country house 15 minutes from the beaches!

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Cotentin! <br>In summer and winter, the region offers beautiful walks for nature lovers and beautiful gourmet breaks for gourmets. <br>You will stay in a family house in the quiet of the countryside, but you will only be 10 minutes from the first shops and 15 minutes from the beaches. <br>In the living room, a large fireplace will warm up your winter weekends and the garden will punctuate your summer days. The house comfortably welcomes family stays with all the childcare necessities already on site. You will stay in the countryside, in the heart of a locality with other houses around. The house is adjoining on the other, on one side. This is why we do not allow parties in our house, in order to respect the tranquility of everyone.<br>The house is in two parts communicating by the entrance on the first floor. On one side you will find two bedrooms (1 double bed each) and a bathroom adjoining one of them. On the other side, you will find the living room, the open kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms (1 double bed in the first and 2nd: 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed and 1 double bed), a separate bathroom and a TV lounge on the mezzanine. <br>The house is semi-detached with lovely neighbours, the neighbours opposite are farmers. The front of the house, a small courtyard on the street is used exclusively for car parking, the garden at the back is fully enclosed.<br>All the rooms and toilets are located upstairs. We have therefore secured the stairs as much as possible with barriers and doors for the children, but vigilance is required for your little ones. <br>This house has two centuries of history, it is located in the countryside. It is therefore in its original condition and the renovations made before our arrival are sometimes artisanal, this is the charm we found in it when we bought it a few years ago. It is also our holiday home, weekend home, with family and friends, so it is a lively place! We have chosen to leave everything freely accessible, in our image, counting on the respect of everyone for our provisions, our personal belongings. <br>If you are looking for calm, nature, authenticity, old stones, the sweet sound of cows, quick access by car to the beaches of the Cotentin, this place is for you.
