Situated between the CÎte Chalonnaise and the CÎte d'Or, La Grange d'Eugénie is the ideal place to discover and enjoy Burgundy's world-renowned climats: Givry, Mercurey, Beaune, Pommard, Chassagne Montrachet, Meursault...

Accommodation
A completely renovated 17th-century house, La Grange d'Eugénie is a beautiful 300m2 building with a large room and separate kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, 5 double bedrooms with independent bathrooms and toillettes, including 1 master suite - double bed and separate bedroom (less than 9m2) with bunk beds.

Outside:
- A large private courtyard sheltered from view, you can enjoy the terrace for your meals (plancha, garden furniture, ... )
- Relax in the 1700 m2 garden: heated swimming pool (available from April to September, weather permitting - to be confirmed with the owner), ping pong table, swing and children's play area.

Perfect getaway home for a crowd

Beautiful property, true to listing. Grounds and pool are larger than they appear in the listing. Classic home in great location, very responsive team. We hired chef for our last night and we're not disappointed!

A great house in the middle of Burgundy

This is a great house for large groups/families. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, a large backyard with a pool and a spacious front patio where you can dine. The bedrooms were spacious, and the main living area is perfect for reading, watching TV, or playing games. There is a bakery around the corner, a grocery store only a 5 minute walk away and the canal is right across the street if you want to walk or jog. The town is small but serves as a good base if you want to explore Burgundy - plenty of wineries and the town of Beaune are all a short drive. It's a perfect retreat.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend de Pùques dans la Grange dEugénie. La maison est grande et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est trÚs bien équipée, rien ny manque et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. On trouve toutes les commodités à pied dans le village. Et pour couronner le tour, l'hÎte Sabine est aux petits soins. Nous validons!

Un Noël 2022 trÚs réussi et trÚs chaleureux

Afin de nous retrouver en famille, pour NoĂ«l 2022, nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette grange, une trĂšs belle grange rĂ©novĂ©e : 3 gĂ©nĂ©rations dans un environnement trĂšs chaleureux. La qualitĂ© des matĂ©riaux utilisĂ©s, la dĂ©coration et les amĂ©nagements disponibles ont fait de notre sĂ©jour une rĂ©union de famille heureuse. Tellement bien que nous ne sommes que trĂšs peu sortis lors de notre sĂ©jour (d'oĂč une note infĂ©rieure pour les environs mais parce que nous avons manquĂ© de temps). A noter que nous avions profitĂ© des recommandations des propriĂ©taires pour sĂ©lectionner traiteurs, pĂątissiers, chocolatiers et cavistes afin de prĂ©parer au mieux nos repas, trĂšs festifs et que les Ă©quipements en cuisine et la vaisselle permettent l'organisation de grandes tablĂ©es pour tous les ages et avec un grand confort. Merci encore pour votre patience durant notre phase de rĂ©flexion avant la rĂ©servation et Ă©galement tout le temps accordĂ© Ă  la multitude des questions et surtout des rĂ©ponses trĂšs prĂ©cises.

SĂ©jour + que parfait

PropriĂ©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able, une trĂšs grande piĂšce Ă  vivre avec tout l’équipement nĂ©cessaire pour profiter d’un sĂ©jour en famille ou entre amis. La partie nuit est Ă©galement trĂšs qualitative avec une salle de bain et wc par chambre et une literie trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. Sabine nous a envoyĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e de prĂ©cieux conseils avec les domaines Ă  visiter, courses de proximitĂ©s et tout pour faciliter notre sĂ©jour. Séjour agréable dans une demeure de charme

Belle maison de caractÚre, trÚs agréable à vivre, joliment rénovée et trÚs bien équipée. La demeure est parfaitement située, au début de la cÎte de Beaune. Les commerces et restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Un joli canal, idéal pour une balade ou un footing de fin de journée, se situe à quelques mÚtres de la maison seulement. Le jardin est grand avec de nombreux coins ombragés et une belle piscine. Expérience à rééditer !

Fine well ordered house ,with good swimming pool

We had a good impression of the house, and spend a fine week there. The house worked fine for us, with kids and adults, and daily shopping possibilities are good. We could do with a few more restaurants in town. Our contact to Sabine was very helpful and fine.

Tout Ă©tait parfait

Tout est fait dans cette maison pour se sentir « chez soi ». Les enfants peuvent profiter des jeux extérieurs. La proximité des commerces est bien agréable. Si on prévoit les vélos, les promenades sur le bord de la dheune sont supers . Je ne peux que recommander la maison de Sabine.
