Appartement propre et spacieux refait récemment. Très proche du centre et des commerces et à proximité immédiate du parcours du marathon ... d'où le but de notre séjour. Quartier calme.Juste une petite remarque qui n'enlève rien aux points positifs de ce logement : un peu plus de place dans les placards des chambres (avec moins de boîtes de rangement pleines par exemple) serait la bienvenue.

Un logement situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, très bien équipé, agréable et fonctionnel. Situé à quelques pas du port et de la plage. La professionnelle en charge de la gestion immobilière une petite tout à fait agréable et disponible.

Bel appartement lumineux, très bien équipé. Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans le calme, aucun bruit de voisinage. L'appartement est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied dans Royan, courses au marché central, commerces à proximité, plages à 2 ou 5 minutes. Le stationnement en bas de l'appartement est en zone bleue, mais il y a des places de stationnement libres à 50 mètres.
