Newly furnished and remodeled 2/2 in Ocean Village, in Hutchison Island, Florida. Access to amenities such as pool, restaurant, golf course, tiki bar and more. Quick 4 minute walk and you are on the sand.

This is a newly renovated and furnished 2nd floor condo. The kitchen has been completely renovated with brand new white shaker cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. The living room has all new furniture and an extended living space. The dining room is equipped with a brand new table and seating for 8. The Master bedroom boasts a brand new King size bed with brand new memory foam mattress. The master bathroom has a brand new vanity with double sinks and a walk-in freshly tiled shower. The guest bedroom has two new full size beds with memory foam mattresses. The guest bathroom has a new tub/shower combo, new tile and new vanity. Cable, WIFI, Smart TV's with built in Google Assistant, brand new front loading full-size washer and dryer included with this unit. Outdoor storage closet available with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, golf clubs, etc. available for use. All of Ocean Village amenities are at your disposal.
IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION TOTAL A 6% COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX ON YOUR TOTAL RENTAL RATE WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECK IN.
Guest access
CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. You will be given an access code to enter the condo on your own.
Other things to note
Ocean Village offers a wide variety of amenities that you will have full access to including a 9 Hole Par 3 Executive Golf Course, a Tiki-Bar, full service Restaurant, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Fitness Club, 6 community pools, and great biking areas as well. Reservations may be required during "high season months, typically December through April.
30 day rental required. Detail will be provided upon arrival. Please ensure that you have read, understand and agree to all of the HOA rules. If you are not familiar with the rules, please let us know and we will gladly provide them to you.
The local community also offers an array of activities outside of ocean village including a world class fishing, boating, local theatre, delicious local restaurants, a winery, a brewery, shopping, local parks and more.
