Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate lounge and separate toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 90x190 cm bed, 3: 2 80x200 cm twin beds), bathroom (bathtub + shower) and separate toilet.
Amenities included (upon request): baby bed/chair/bathtub.
Included: sheets, household linens.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (according to the current EDF rate; currently €0.25/kw), towels.
End-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory for business customers).
Pets allowed (€5/day/pet).

Building work in front of the cottage is underway until the end of 2025 (entrance side, not garden side).
