1. A 1-day starter pack would have been nice.2. The kitchen is poorly equipped - utensils and plates.3. Neither the face basin or shower stall drain properly.4. The entire apartment would present better in light neutral colours.5. The bedding was insufficient and poorly stored.6. The drapes are heavy and don't let much sunlight in. 7. The host was helpful/communicative.8. Identify where switches are - some are hard to find and the bulbs too bright.9. A pull out sofa-bed would be great.

Quiet safe gated community with remote key access .close proximity to shopping for all your needs .

Second time staying at this property and it won't be the last...strong WiFi / AC/hot water and cable tv...I was very comfortable

Budget friendly

My stay at Chris place was a good one. Place is just as pictured and the location is 10/10. Close to everything & most importantly Devon house. Whatever you need is close by. The communication with Chris and myself was great. Budget friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The place was nice, clean, comfortable and i felt real safe in the area. Out of the eight nights i stayed their because of the drought in Jamaica, five nights the water got cut off. But i really appreciated the fact that the place have a huge water tank there, i was not inconvenience at all.Thanks to Chris and the team for that.

Apartment complex studio

Our host Christopher was very responsive and accommodating and this was very helpful especially because we checked in at. night. He even took us to a supermarket to make sure we had some supplies that night. The studio was clean and tidy and in a great location in walking distance to restaurants, medical offices, commercial areas, supermarkets etc. I didn't realise it was in a fairly large apartment complex with many stairs to climb, that was a bit of a challenge for my partner who was to have hip replacement surgery. Also, while our studio was smoke-free we were affected by smoke by neighbouring tenants. We were also affected by a plumbing issue that made it impossible to cook, clean up or use the kitchen and bathroom on the final day of our stay. Thanks Chris for making our stay as comfortable as it could have been.
