House in Pornic, 700 meters from the beach—sleeps 4–5

A sunny, pleasant, and quiet home offering lovely amenities for a family vacation just steps from the ocean and the heart of town. The property features, on the first floor, an open-concept kitchen leading into a living/dining room, a bathroom (with a washing machine), a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the mezzanine, there is a double bed (with the option to add a single bed and a crib). Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.)
Sheets, dish towels, and bath towels are included. The beds will be made upon your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is also included. However, we ask that you maintain a basic level of cleanliness: empty the trash, pick up any litter, wash and put away the dishes, and empty the refrigerator.

Regarding the location:
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer, just a few minutes’ walk from beautiful beaches and lovely walks along the customs officers’ trail. Sablons Beach is within walking distance (700 m), and Porteau Beach is 900 m away. The town of Sainte-Marie is 500 m away, where you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, bars, restaurants, and a market held twice a week.
La Noëveillard Beach and its Club Mickey are 1.7 km away (individual swimming lessons are offered at Club Mickey by reservation).
The Pornic marina is 2.4 km away; there you’ll find the sailing club offering numerous sailing courses for adults and children.
Pornic Castle is 2.5 km away, the golf course and tennis courts are 2 km away, and the train station is 3.4 km away.
Supermarkets (Leclerc, Super U, Picard, etc.) are a 5-minute drive away.
