Résidence au calme avec grande piscine un peu loin de la ville et des plages

Située sur le flanc d'une montagne, la propriété de 300 logements est équipée d'une piscine surveillée, agréable, très grande et disposant de 50 transats. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé (encore merci aux propriétaires pour leurs petites attentions de bienvenue). Un léger aménagement sur l'extérieur (peintures à rafraichir sur le balcon et intimité à consolider par rapport aux voisins) pourrait être un plus. Le bémol : la résidence est éloignée des commerces et de la 1ere plage. Tout doit être fait en voiture (la navette n'a jamais été aperçue et l'escalier qui mène à la plage est raide. Il faut compter 35-40 minutes à pieds... avec parasol, enfants...). La voiture est donc indispensable...
