The bright open plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows for quality family time. Relax and unwind with a movie or show on the Firestick, or have a BBQ on the deck. This second-floor walk-up features a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and 2 walk-in closets, and adjoining 4-piece bathroom. The den features a twin bed with a trundle, making our property the perfect affordable vacation for families. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, complete with supplies.

The property is perfect for couples, small groups and people travelling with children.

Trains are a factor of life in all Canadian mountain towns. From the very beginning Canmore was built around the train line, including 90% of the local hotels and condos in town, which means that this property is along a train line, however, it is very well insulated against sound. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the train line and the train should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers. Watching the trains go past is actually quite fascinating and not just for the train buffs! Please read our guest reviews for previous insight.

I enjoyed staying here very much! Lovely views, cute place to stay. A good base to come 'home' after exploring each day. Bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Summit Place.

A spacious place to fit all of our needs! Each part of the home was carefully thought out so guests could have a marvelous time. The hidden room was a wonderful attachment! A hint in the house would be nice. Everything was close to the Summit 2B, and we enjoyed Morain Lake as well as Saffron Indian Bistro. Beds were comfortable, but my only complaint is that there should be more children's books in the house. Everything else was spectacular. Nice view of the mountains. We had a great time! I recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Amazing, lovely place with the smallest detail thought of whether it was coffee in the kitchen, or the safety kit, the reading section, the games, nothing was lacking. Thank you for making our vacation awesome. Will definitely come again and also recommend to others.

This is an apartment with a great view and accommodations for those visiting with a family. My three year-old boy and six-year-old girl loved watching the trains pass. The noise was not bother at all. The Apartment was fully furnished which made it easy to prepare meals for our family. Also, The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. You should Definitely take advantage of the free park pass through the rental service. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you for a great experience within the Canadian Rockies at Canmore.

Rockies Rentals is so incredible to deal with. We stayed at Summit Place 2B - LOCATION & VIEW FROM BALCONY ARE PERFECT! It made our dream vacation the best it could have been. I highly suggest renting from Rockies Rentals, as you will not leave disappointed!

Summit Place- 2B. This condo is over a sushi shop. Busy, loud area. They need new cleaners, window sills filthy, dirty corners in the washroom. Floors rotten on bare feet. We were charged an outrageous cleaning fee for a dirty unit. The mat outside on the patio looks ready for the garbage.

Great location, didn't notice the trains at all since the main bedroom is at opposite side of building. Super clean and well stocked. The hidden bedroom is cute but has no window. Not for people who cannot or have difficulty climbing stairs.

A perfect place for people who would like to do something in Canmore or nearby Banff. The kitchen is very well equipped. If it rains, there are various board games in the apartment. The price was in my opinion at the top of the scale. This is common in the area. Basically, the apartment was clean. However, the bedside tables hadn't been dusted for a while and there was still some hair in the sink. Everything in my view is not bad; but at this price, a star deduction. Otherwise, it would have been smooth 5 stars.

We stayed here for one night everything was great. The place was easy to find access was easy and it was clean and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to shopping grocery restaurants and bars - maybe only a 7 minute walk. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything.

My family and I spent three nights at Charla's place in Canmore, and visited Banff and surroundings in the day. The unit was very comfortable and roomy for four. It was reasonably quiet considering it was inside a plaza with people passing by, and right behind there was a train track. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and great sleep. Thanks for hosting!

Love the location, the stairs are really not so bad. Some reviews make it sound like it's such a climb up but it's really not so bad, unless you have mobility issues, of course. But we actually loved that you have a little space to leave your shoes before going up the stairs as we have a no-shoes-inside home. The place was spotless so we felt comfortable to let the baby crawl (with supervision as there's the stairs).. It says on the listing there's a pack n play and I couldn't find it. I know a quick message would have fixed it but honestly didn't feel we need it THAT much. We cosleep and we don't usually use a pack n play when we travel anyway so it wasn't a big deal. It might not have been in the unit or I'm simply blind, so if you absolutely need it, I suggest reaching out to them prior to check in to help you should you need the pack n play. Wish we stayed more days. Really couldn't hear the train from the bedroom. Actually loved watching the train from the living room and balcony.

Summit Place ( apt 2B) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location couldn't have been more perfect. 5 min walking distance to the great downtown area, that has magnificent shops and restaurants, and the most stunning view of the mountains. We were amazed by the beautiful trails down by the Bow River, again only minutes away. The condo is really well insulated and the trains coming through didn't bother us at all, in fact we enjoyed watching them every morning and evening. The sunrise and sunsets over the mountains were beyond stunning. Highly recommend. ( if you're ok with stairs)

The location is good, it's close to the city, but rail road is literally next to the window and gets pretty loud every time cargo train passes by. The place itself is very old and outlived itself long time ago. There was no extra towels, nor paper towels or toilet paper. I think it's overpriced but I will give it 4 stars only because location was close to everything.
