I would highly recommend this property! The owners were wonderful to work with and were very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs that we had! The condo was very clean and very well equipped! They even had bear spray that we could use while we were there, then leave for the next guests, which was so nice & helpful! (We saw 3 bears … one on a trail in town Canmore, but didn’t ever have to use the bear spray). The hot tub was large and great for after a long day of hiking! There is also a Parkade/ indoor garage which was so nice & convenient! When we return, we would definitely stay at this property and with these hosts again! It was a great “home base” for our 10 day vacation to the Canmore/ Banff area!

If you are looking for a great pool and hot tub than this property will disappoint you. The pool is extremely small and is located in the basement with access thru the underground garage . Not nice at all. Very disappointing . The condo itself was clean .

While we understand that preferences vary and that you were disappointed with this amenity, we would like to clarify that the pool is not located in the basement. It is situated on the main amenities level right behind the front desk and is accessed through the building's common areas, exactly as shown in the listing photos. We make every effort to accurately represent the property and its amenities, and the pool shown in the listing photographs is the same pool available to the guests. While most of our guests do enjoy and appreciate these facilities, we recognize that some travelers may have different expectations regarding size, layout and proximity to the suite. Aside from this, we appreciate the opportunity to have addressed your many questions and accommodated the various requests related to your travel arrangements.
