This Executive Lake House located in Dadeville, AL has all the amenities that will make your vacation one of a lifetime! From a firepit to gameroom it has everything you could ask for. This home is set on almost three acres of property which gives you privacy most don't! Bring the boat and tie up to the pier in this quite cove that also offers great swimming! A short walk away is some of the best hiking trails in Alabama that you can enjoy with the family. Come make memories that will last a lifetime!!

This is a five bedroom and four bathroom home with sleeping accommodations as follows:
Third Floor - Two master bedrooms with a king bed in one and queen in the other. Each room has its own full bathroom
Second Floor - A queen bed in each of the two rooms on the second floor and one full bath.
Bottom Floor - Two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom and one full bath

Great house, great location!We will definitely stay here again. Everything was exactly as described or better.Main level: well-stocked kitchen, (regular coffee pot and Keurig), dining table, large sectional sofa, and tv. Also, two queen bedrooms with bath in between. Not a jack and jill. Upstairs: Two primary bedrooms both with private baths.Downstairs (basement level) there was a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and a full bathroom. The laundry room (with an extra full-size refrigerator), game/media room with large tv and recliners were also on the basement level. You enter outdoor kitchen and firepit area from this level.We brought our 24-foot tri-toon. Docking was easy. We found that backing out of the slough was easier. That was just our preference.The kids enjoyed swimming off the pier. There are steps to enter water. The house is located at the end of a slough, so no boat traffic at all.The outdoor kitchen was great. As was the firepit!Brandon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. Can't wait to return!

We had an amazing graduation weekend at this home. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is really well stocked. I had everything I needed for the week including Tupperware, all the cookware (including slow cooker) and Keurig/drip coffee maker. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Wood was available and fire pit was gas and easy to use. We did a lot of fishing off the dock and rented a boat to hook up for a few days with no issue. There are a lot of stairs if you have elderly people and smalls steps leading into the front door from the driveway. The unit has 2 bedrooms on main floor (queen beds) and the primary bedroom as well as second large bedroom on 3rd level (upstairs) and one bunk room on lowest level (downstairs from the main). I noticed they provided gates for young kids. Also the functional patio with the fire pit and outdoor wood burning fireplace is down the stairs on the lowest leve. The dock is access from the lowest level and their are steps off patio to go to the dock and a hill. Living room was super comfortable as well as beds and young adult kids enjoyed the movie room/poker table. Property was clean and comfortable.

The home was very spacious, and the large yard made it feel somewhat secluded. It was 40-45 minutes to Jordan-Hare. We already booked the home again next year.

Wonderful place for a large group. A great setup with multiple bedrooms, multiple TVs, a great entertainment room, and terrific water access. Bring the kids a fishing pole as the lake has plenty to catch and release.

The property was amazing and beautiful. The location of the property was perfect. It was close to chimney rock and a few restaurants and had its dock for our rental boat! This one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at on VRBO and is the only place I will stay when I come back to lake Martin. Brandon was a great host and very responsive to all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend and you won’t regret it.

Great Property/Location

This home is perfect for a large family. It is a great size, has an amazing theater/entertainment room and has everything you will need for your stay. The house is in a great location, close to everything by boat. It is situated in a nice little slough, so you aren't affected by boats constantly passing by. I would highly recommend this home.

Great Family Lake House

We had the best family vacation at this house! The yard and dock were so kid friendly! We loved the fir pit for S’mores and the kids enjoyed the “movie theatre” and games!! Would love to visit again!

Relaxing Oasis & Fun for All Ages

We enjoyed our Spring Break at this wonderful home. Two families, 4 kids (ages 4-8), and it was perfect! Games, movies, and Foosball on the one rainy day and many hours of outside play, fires, and breathtaking sunrises. We cannot wait to visit again!

Absolute perfection!

I didn't think the property could possibly be as wonderful as the pictures showed, but it was. Great location and amenities. We enjoyed casting a bit with grandkids, smores at the fire pit, grilling steaks outside while kids ran and tumbled around in the large sloping yard. The accommodations were spacious, and of course the game room/movie room was a big hit. Hope to be back sometime!

Gorgeous lake home

This home is beautiful and inviting. Eight adults fit easily with plenty of room to spare. Outdoor space is amazing. Kayaks were available for use. No hand towels or kitchen towels as mentioned in a previous review. Minor repairs needed which were mentioned to the home owner, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of our stay.

Family Fun by the water!

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Martin lake house with two other families! The home was perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean, and comfortably set up for both kids and adults. The large yard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and they spent hours kayaking, swimming, and jumping off the dock.We loved the peaceful, secluded setting with beautiful lake views, while still being just a quick drive from conveniences like Dollar General. Renting a boat from nearby Kowaliga Marina was super easy and added even more fun to our days on the water. Rent a tube, go find the rope swings and don't forget to jump from Chimney Rock. If hiking is your thing, Cherokee Alpine Trail and Chimney Rock loop are nearby as well. We also enjoyed meals at Fanny Goldmine and Miller’s on Broadnax, both had great food and quick, friendly service.We’re already talking about our next trip back. Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family getaway!
