Retraite luxueuse maison sur le lac toscan

Luxueux refuge au bord du lac situé sur le lac Conroe dans la populaire subdivision Walden on Lake Conroe. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vie dans l'intimité d'une luxueuse maison méditerranéenne construite sur mesure avec des murs en plâtre et des accents en fer forgé, située à l'extrémité d'une crique sur le lac de Conroe. Cette maison a un nouveau pont d'eau de 15 'x 27', 2 glissades de bateau et une cabane équipée de stéréo et de lumières situées sur le lac, une véranda de la largeur de la maison avec table de 16 pieds et sectionnel de 8 pièces, 2 foyers à bois , une salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée, une salle multimédia à l'étage (avec des téléviseurs à écran plat équipés du ticket NFL de DirectTV), un karaoké avec écran lyrique et deux microphones et baby-foot, une chambre pour enfants `` secrète et cachée '' équipée d'une télévision et de jouets supplémentaires, barbecue à gaz situé sous la véranda, un balcon supérieur de la largeur de la maison et un portail privé donnant accès à un grand espace vert pour profiter d'un match de football amical.

Autour de la maison, et à votre disposition gratuitement au Walden Yacht Club, deux magnifiques piscines et une aire de jeux pour les enfants, un snack-bar cabane pratique pour la nourriture et les boissons, une élégante salle à manger pour le dîner et le brunch avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Conroe. Il y a aussi une troisième piscine à pied de la maison, Walden Racquet Club avec des courts de tennis et des pros les mieux notés pour les leçons qui comprennent des courts couverts et Walden Fitness Center pour vos besoins de fitness.

Cette maison est située en face de la rampe de mise à l'eau privée de Walden et un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille ou un rassemblement spécial avec la famille et les amis.

Louez un bateau ou un jet ski à proximité ou apportez votre propre bateau, pêchez hors du pont aquatique, jouez à un match de football amical sur l'espace vert à côté de la maison, volley-ball ou lancer du maïs dans l'arrière-cour ou détendez-vous et profitez des nombreuses variétés de la faune. Vous serez sûrement témoin d'une variété d'animaux sauvages visibles de l'arrière de la maison tout en ayant une belle vue et un accès au lac. Vous ou votre famille et vos amis pouvez nager en toute sécurité 400 pieds sans le danger d'un jet ski ou d'un bateau hors de contrôle.

Nous permettons à nos adultes responsables d'utiliser la voiturette de golf à quatre places pour se déplacer à Walden sur le lac Conroe et profiter des commodités à un rythme tranquille ou simplement conduire pour voir les nombreux cerfs dans le quartier.

Cette maison est proche d'une grande variété de restaurants et de boutiques, dont beaucoup sont accessibles par voie navigable, et à seulement 15 miles au nord de The Woodlands.

Lovely house! We stay here every year. They have games and toys for all ages. The neighborhood is lovely. We see geese and deer everyday on our walks and golf cart rides.

Another stay at Canterbury

Our second stay this year and as always, excellent across the board. The host could not be better and the location can't be beat for fishing, boating, shopping and dining choices. We are already planning our next stay. Wonderful choice.

Such a beautiful home. It met all adult needs and the children had a blast from swimming in the lake, golf cart rides to the pool and playing in the play room. Definitely a great place for a family vacation.

Sorry about the satellite service. The pole with the attached satellite dish fell over in the backyard, but I didn't know, because no one told me, until I saw your review. DirecTv stood it back up and it's up and running again.

Great home to stay in for all ages! The kids’ playroom and game room were a great bonus! Plenty of room for all! We had 8 adults and 4 children under 7. Would definitely recommend! The host is so responsive and helpful! Loved using both pools and access to the golf cart!!

Perfect for our group

We were in the area to play golf. The house was 4 minutes from Walden Golf. We fished off the piers ate, cooked, etc. We had a great time. We were lucky with the weather also.

Canterbury Stay

This was our second family visit to this property and both visits were great. The house is a little older but well maintained. Our host Denise always does an exceptional job taking care of us. Our kids love fishing off the docks and our boat facilities are goods. We plan to return in the Fall.

We bought this property in 2008 when we learned that the house we admired while playing a family game of football on the green space next to the house had become available. The home had such great curb appeal. Someone had spent a lot of time and money showcasing it with the grand fountain, circular drive and lush landscaping with imported stones.
We were delighted when we discovered the home has an underground wine cellar, which we use as a wine tasting room, stone arched accent walls that match the stones used in the landscaping and the general quality of construction.
The setting looked idyllic for undisturbed fishing off the water deck and the unusually large backyard with cabana and lanai for large gatherings with family and friends.
We bought the property for getaways, so upkeep was an issue, and were delighted when learned of an additional smaller pool than the Yacht Club was only a few houses down the street and only available for our section of Walden on Lake Conroe.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unique benefits of this lake house is the beautiful architecture and idyllic location.
The home is very welcoming with its terra-cotta roof tiles and large trickling fountain with circular drive upon arrival. No need to use a photo of the outdoors for the thumbprint because of embarrassing curb appeal.
The home has a downstairs family room which opens to the large lanai and the dining room has an adjoining gathering room for relaxing and visiting in cushy chairs after dinner. The upstairs has both a media room with surround sound, foosball and karaoke for the bigger kids and adults and an additional "secret hidden" kid's room with tv, games, dress up and chalkboard with a sofa for the kid's. It's a big hit for an extra sleeping area for the little ones and teen agers.
The house has a large green space which we use for a friendly game of football on one side and an empty tree shaded lot on the other side.
The home is at the end of a cove, which looks idyllic and is across the water from a private boat launch. Because watercraft is launched before reaching our property, guests can swim 400 down the lake without worrying about a speeding and out of control boat or jet ski running you over. Great fishing off of the very large water deck with beautiful views of the lake. There are two boat slips to dock a boat or jet ski. View constant wildlife such as deer, blue herons, eagles and ducks.
The backyard is very large for a waterfront property. We take advantage of this with a game of volleyball, corn toss and setting up a waterslide for the kiddos while we relax and grill under the large lanai and cabana.
This property is privy to an additional pool which is about five houses down the street if you wanted to take a quick dip instead of visiting the Yacht Club pools. It's the best of both worlds and we hope you enjoy it as much as our family and friends have enjoyed it over the past ten years.
