This home has been renovated and everything is new and fresh from top to bottom: Roof, plumbing, electric, HVAC, air-duct, appliances, floor, kitchen, bathrooms, painting....It took a year of rebuilt this property with all the permits passed from the City. So, it's like you are staying in a new built home.
What makes this property unique
Spacious and fully remodeled 3BD/2BTH home in a top location. The house has been completely refurbished to suit guests’ needs and would be perfect for a group of friends or family, as well as business travelers working near the Galleria or Downtown.
The kitchen is bright and airy, and features brand-new appliances, including a kitchen island that guests love to use for informal dinners or breakfast. There is a dining table for larger groups and a comfy living where you can relax in front of the TV. You will have full access to the huge backyard: kids will love the open space.
The master bedroom comes with a classic chest of drawers and includes a massage chair to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The master bathroom comes with two vanities, including a his and hers one, and both bathrooms have been completely remodeled.
