We were traveling with our little one and this cute house was the perfect place to stay! There were toys inside and a play gym outside, and one room came fully set up with a crib. The location is also great and walkable to grab lunch, etc. This will be our new go-to spot in town!

The house was well appointed and absolutely perfect for our family. Kids toys, amenities for the dogs, very comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and having laundry on site was greatly appreciated, especially for our longer stay.

Our stay in the Heights was great. We rented to be near my Dr office for surgery and we had everything we needed. The home is fully stocked with extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This home had evidence of black mold in the a/c ductwork at the kitchen register,also in the master shower stall.Our son and his partner (medical Dr.) decided to leave when we discovered this.Also, some minor plumbing issues.. Otherwise, very clean,as advertised.I would like to hear the host's response.

Hello We were shocked when we received your review. We have no VRBO messages from you that the house had any issues. If guests do not inform us of something being wrong we cannot address it. Our reviews generally note how clean our houses are. The house does NOT have “black mold” . The a/c vent was dirty from being in the kitchen where the stove is. We are very sorry the vent was dirty and have cleaned the vent. I am so sad about this situation. If we had known we could have addressed it. Our goal is to have happy guests.

Over all rating

We found the home to be very clean and cozy. The covered car park along with a nice yard made it very a nice place to stay. It was pet friendly and that was a big consideration for us. It was almost like staying with family on a nice vacation. We would rent this place again for sure. It seemed like a nice location for restaurants and museums and parks. Felt very safe here.
It is truly a cozy little place to stay.

Cozy spot in the heights

We really enjoyed our stay in Houston. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and the outdoor area was perfect for getting some sun. The house is well-stocked, clean, and organized. We would book again!

Great family stay in the Heights

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Heights bungalow. My daughter (5) and son (2) loved the toys at the property and proximity to great parks. My husband and I enjoyed how comfortable the place was. Highly recommend!
