Villa bien située , équipement satisfaisant. Propreté douteuse : Excréments dans le jardin , tiroirs de cuisine, réfrigérateur, four, terrasse. barbecue ayant nécessité une intervention personnelle de plusieurs heures pour rendre l'endroit acceptable.

plaque de four non nettoyée, four à l'identique , a du être fait avant usage
terrasse non balayée, verte du être faite à grande eau et brosse, structure du salon de jardin sale , inutilisable en l'état

Je ne souhaite pas relouer à une personne de mauvaise foi qui dans les 5mn d arrivée demande une indemnisation Heureusement derrière j ai d autres locataires ravis de la villa.

Vacances improvisées

Très jolie maison de plein-pied avec trois chambres, au calme. Nous avons pu visiter cette très belle région qu'est la Vendée en ayant un pied à terre cosy et fonctionnel.
