Great place for the family

Everything went smooth and as advertised. Great value for a place that is a short ride to the beach and historical city. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

A lovely house with pool, great area of Spain to visit, quiet and clean. House well equipped. Good support from Ana who is on hand to welcome and advise on things to do, many thanks Ana. We had a lovely week and the children enjoyed the pool. My only comment would be to heat pool. We would definitely come again

La casa está cerca de todo, el trato ha sido correcto, pero faltan muchas cosas; las toallas se pagan fuera de precio, en la zona de barbacoa no hay menaje, por lo que hay que bajar todo desde arriba, la zona de barbacoa no tiene luz, se nos estropeó el tostador y no lo repusieron, los vasos son súper pequeños, no te puedes tomar una copita en esos vasos. Éramos 13 personas y hay 7 u 8 tumbonas y en la zona de piscina no hay sombra, deberían poner una sombrilla o una vela. Ana es muy agradable pero tarda en dar solución a los contratiempos que surgen, pedimos que el aire se pudiera poner a medio día, que es cuando más calor hace, y hasta el viernes no tuvimos aire.

Location mitigée

Aux premiers abords, maison très jolie , très grand et beau salon… Elle est proposée pour 16 personnes, avec un seul frigo, c est pas assez, un deuxième aurait été parfait . Il manque à mon avis, une salle de bain commune, car quatre chambres étaient des suites parentales, du coup on devait partager à tour de rôle sa salle de bain…. Le propriétaire débute dans la location, ce qui explique les petits détails qui font la différence comme des crochets pour les torchons dans la cuisine, des autres crochets dans les salles de bain pour y accrocher les vêtements et serviettes…. Les baignoires , problèmes d écoulement, l eau stagne pendant un petit moment, sans compter l odeur des remontées des eaux usées. Éclairage extérieur très insuffisant voir inexistant, La piscine, petite mais ça dépanne bien mais par contre arrivée le samedi , un seul nettoyage le jeudi , a 17h30, la personne y met du chlore choc , donc on ne peut plus se baigner pendant 3h ! Mais le plus frustrant, c est la proximité très très proche avec les voisins, a 13h15, les enfants jouaient dans la piscine, la musique ( et je suis sincère, pas forte ) le voisin est venu nous demander de baisser la musique et de demander aux enfants de moins faire de bruit…. On est en vacances, en Espagne, et je peux vous dire, que j angoissais lorsque l’on parlait un peu fort, que le voisin revienne….car il est quand même revenu deux fois, en journée, même pas le soir, ce que je peux mieux comprendre , pour le bruit ! Dommage!
