This beautiful Cartagena oceanfront condo is located next to the airport, 10 mins walk from the beach and 15 mins ride from the center of the city. It is in very safe residential area. There is a lovely rooftop pool, parking garage and two elevators. The lobby has a doorman 24/7 for added security and convenience.

This well-appointed condo features 2 ocean-view bedrooms, gorgeous living/dining area, 2.5 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, generous balcony and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom and Smart TV. The second bedroom has two full beds, which can be placed together a as a king bed, and a second full bathroom. The bright living room is fully furnished and includes a futon couch, which converts into a bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and 6-person dining table. There is a large ocean-facing balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom, with a hammock and chairs to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. Here you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine/clothes dryer and extra sheets, towels and beach towels. The entire condo will be thoroughly sanitized prior to each arrival.

The building is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the Cartagena Airport (CTG). There is a beach 2 blocks from the building, or you can walk/bike on the newly paved path 10 minutes to Playa Azul La Boquilla, one of Cartagena’s best beaches, next to the Las Americas Hotel. Several convenience stores, restaurants and pharmacies are also located within walking distance. The Old Town of Cartagena is 15 minutes by car, and the Doorman can call a safe taxi for you.

Non-registered guests and parties are strictly prohibitted by building administration. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Check in is at 3 pm, if you arrive earlier you can leave your bags securely stored until 3 pm.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Close all windows and turn off all lights and A/C
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Non-Registered guests are strictly forbidden and wont be allowed to enter. All guests must be registered prior to check in, no new guest may be added
All trash must be taken out prior to check out. The Garbage is next to elevator. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed for leaving gargabe inside
Check in is at 3 pm, Check out is at 11 am. Leaving after the check out time will incur in a $50 penalty.

Excellent View and the pool a plus

The place was very nice spacious very comfortable for more than two people. We enjoyed the stay and wish it was more than one day but we will be back soon because we loved it.

Great Location. Once you find it?

Funny this was our second stay location. We were a 4 minute drive to this location but it turned into 12 minutes due to the airport being inbetween and highway access. The building was very nice and the roof deck and infinity pool was spectacular. The pictures online dont due it justice. The apartment is quite large and the 2.5 bath is a real plus! The washer and dryer combo may need some simple instructions for those english speakers but it works well. The jacuzzi on top floor are also nice and they have 3 of them just need hot water. The sauna was very relaxing and private. Overall the stay was 5 star btw hammock was a nice touch.

Great vacation

We stayed at the condo for 10 weeks. The deck is on the shady side which was wonderful. The sun in Columbia is hot so shade feels good. The condo is in the neighborhood of Crespo. The area has everything you need. Groceries and bars were close by. The locals were very friendly. Old town is only a short taxi drive away as is a big shopping mall. We really wished we would have learned more Spanish as there is very little English. Google translate helped a lot. The manager and owner both were very good with any problems we encountered.

It was very inconvenient that I wasn’t notified that the pool closes on mondays and then the pool was also closed Tuesday,Wednesday,and thusrsday for repairs no we were never able to swim. Also on Wednesday night we couldn’t even shower because the water was cut off.

Many things, so many i probably will forget some when i list them, 1st Host never sent check in instructions #2 becuse there was no check in instruction it took the very helpful security stay almost an hour to figure everything out, host never responded to text or phone calls from myself and security #3 The air-conditioner in the living room area didn't work #4 Stove didn't work #5 No Hot water in the shower entire stay #5 Television in large bedroom did not work #6 There was a large bedding comforter in the closet that smelled awful, i had to put it out, because it started to srink up my clothing The host eventually responded after 24hrs, the maintenance staff and security were very helpful without any assistance from host, maintenance finally figured out, the problem with the stove on the second day, a man came the 2nd day to repair the clothes washing machine which personally did care about, but he repaired the air-conditioner, he also removed the nasty blanket that was originally in the closet, we lived the entire time without hot water and the television not working in the large bedroom. I realized i booked through you expedia, but it went through vrbo, this was my first and last experience with vrbo, because at check in the were as helpless as i was, once again thank God for the security staff and maintenance staff of this building, this was the worst booking i have ever done, id appreciate some compansation, ive booked with you guys many times, there is no more

Great apartment but wouldn't stay again

The apartment itself is great. Needed more towels but otherwise clean and comfy with an amazing view! The location is super close to the airport in a more residential area so you get an authentic Colombian experiment staying there BUT it's very inconvenient and you have to taxi everywhere. The real problem is that only 1 of about 25 taxis we took knew where the apartment was. Our driver from the airport even took us to a completely different building because he didn't recognize the address & we were stuck with all of our luggage. If staying here, know how to give your drivers directions in Spanish or you will be very frustrated. We also had a problem with the door and the owner was super responsive and got it promptly fixed. The locals who work with him were very nice and helpful. Only 1 of the security guards was friendly (Carlos) the others acted bothered we were there & both pool boys were very rude.
