New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Details for heating the pool will be provided as requested.

Perfect family gathering place

Perfect location to enjoy all the activities that Lake Havasu has to offer. Boating, site seeing, hiking, history and community events. Then spend the evening in the great backyard playing games, cooking, swimming and relaxing. And Don’s restaurant recommendations were excellent. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

This property is everything and more than advertised. We totally enjoyed our stay there and it is minutes away from the star park boat ramp. The pool and backyard are wonderful
