Outdoor kitchen, 2 separate palapas with dining and lounge areas. Recently added outdoor pool bathroom and shower. Heated/Cooled pool for day and night swimming. Open floor plan great for entertaining. Commercial ice machine, salon style professional massage chair, retro arcade game, Queen-over-Queen custom bunk bed. 1 mile to new Riviera boat launch. Large spacious rooms with flat screen TVs in each room. Amazing neighborhood close to golf course in Havasu Estates. Open living and dining room layout great for entertaining. Zero gravity reclining couches and professional salon style massage chair after a long day on the lake. Close to grocery store and gas station. Convenient location.
Garage is private and no renter access. Boat parking in driveway or large 35' gravel pad at base of driveway for ease of hookup/drop off.
