A fully renovated, comfortable home featuring a bedroom with a 140-size bed and two walk-in closets for clothing storage, one bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine, a large 50 m² living room with a built-in kitchen; the kitchen area includes an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, coffee maker (coffee provided), a hot plate, and storage cabinets. The living room features two armchairs and a sofa, along with a cozy wood-burning fireplace for the winter
. The office area includes a Live Box internet connection with fiber-optic service
. You can alsoset up a very comfortable Intex inflatable mattress (160x200x40)
