SOUGHT AFTER PARADISE VILLAS CONDO! POOL, OCEAN, WALK TO EVERYTHING!

This is the perfect location to stay and start enjoying some of all that Belize has to offer. Whether you want to go snorkeling or diving on the second largest barrier reef in the world, fishing the reef for a tasty snapper or casting a fly in front of a bone fish! You will also be close to day trips to the Mayan ruins, ziplining through the jungle or tubing a river through an ancient cave. Ambergris Caye is truly unique and you can stay as busy as you want or just relax, its up to you. Delicious food and super friendly people are an added bonus.

Paradise Villas is located on the northern edge of San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye. It’s a small boutique complex that has 24 total units in a horseshoe around a beautiful pool in the middle and the gorgeous turquoise Caribbean Sea right in front. The grounds are lush with tropical vegetation and many varieties of flowers. Pathways are hard packed sand and no cars can enter the grounds only golf carts which is the main transportation on the island. It is beautiful. There is a dock out front that has a great swimming area.

This one bedroom condo is open and airy. There is a king size bed as well as a full sized futon in the living room for added sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils and such. There is a nice dining table inside but you will probably want to eat all your meals on the outside porch overlooking the lush grounds and pool. There is TV/WiFi/Cable, linens are provided and it has air conditioning. It is just steps from the pool and one of the many lounge chairs perfect for reading a book or just closing your eyes and listening to the palms rustle in the breeze.

Super close to a grocery store, liqueur store and many, many great restaurants all with-in walking distance - including the famous Palapa bar. And still the complex is quiet and private, lush with tropical flowers and palms.

The condo is cleaned every 3rd day. Laundry service for your clothes is available for a fee. Beach towels and linens are provided.

Outstanding accommodations, host and the property management company is incredible to work with. Every question or request was responded to within 5 minutes…from getting a new water bottle to having our clothes laundered…unbelievable! I had the misfortune of taking ill during our stay but again, Jackie and the team were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout. We couldn’t possibly ask for a better host! THANK YOU so much for your infinite kindness and goodwill.

Overall, was a very nice unit, and fairly well equipped. The outdoor porch/seating area was nice. The only negatives were: 1) no coffee filters (or coffee), no shampoo (most all VRBO's I've stayed at had coffee filters and shampoo, and many had coffee as well) 2) the coffee machine was partially broken (but they promptly replaced it when I told them 3) a ridiculously tiny TVMgmt was very responsive to my questions, so kudos to them.

Thank You Brian for your thorough review! We have already remedied the lack of coffee filters, purchased a new coffee maker. Unfortunately providing extras like shampoo and coffee are cost prohibitive for us. There is not available single serving type things here and anything imported has a at least a 30% tax and we don’t want to have to raise our rates. Perhaps I should make it more clear in the description. Noted on the TV size.

He had a great time. Everything was as it said clean and AC work great. Location was amazing we only had to rent a golf cart fir one day because Everything was within walking distance. My wife and i would love to stay again

Bucket list trip to Paradise

Perfect location, could not have been better! A couple little things like no hair dryer and the microwave didn’t work, but all in all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Hi Teresa, so glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have said something about the hair dryer! They would have gotten you one immediately. I broker the last one while I was there in March! And I guess I have to either get a new microwave or put somewhere in the kitchen that you have to pull the door down at the top for it to fit perfectly before it will work. I want every guest's stay to be perfect! Thank you for your comments both will be addressed right away! I am sorry I do not have any time for you next February as you were inquiring about! Paradise at the Villas

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Villas! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal—right between town and the grocery store, and just steps from the water.The pool was a huge highlight for us—open all night and a great place to relax and meet other guests. We really enjoyed chatting with other travelers there in the evenings.Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Renting a golf cart directly through them was super easy and made getting around town a breeze.Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Pedro.

A real paradise!

The host and staff were wonderful; they looked after our needs and answered all of our questions. We were so pleased with the location and the fact that most of everything was within walking distance. The condo had everything you needed, and having the option to cook a meal from time to time was really a bonus. The pool and grounds around the condo are very well maintained and gorgeous to look at. We loved San Pedro and everything it offered us! Thank you so much for all the hospitality.

Great relaxing location

This wonderful condo is in a great quiet complex which is kept up beautifully! Within walking distance of all of San Pedro. Condo was very comfortable for two with a Belize vibe. We loved the outside seating area for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. A/C was great as was the bed and updated bathroom. Kitchen was very handy though we didn’t do any cooking, the local restaurants were just too good. The management was very easy to work with and very helpful and responsive with local info. The housekeeping service was wonderful, they even did the very dishes we did generate. We loved this condo and look forward to returning!

Sweet Little Spot

What a great experience from the time we arrived on the plane. They were at the airport to take us to the unit. Beautiful unit with everything you needed. Right on the beach with many wonderful restaurants/bars within walking distance. The management team there was amazing. Always smiling, friendly, helpful and most of all caring. Look no more for the perfect spot! This is it!

Summer Getaway

Our stay here was so great. Nellie and her staff from beginning to end were so helpful the entire time. From arrangements to air with Maya Air, transportation to and from the airport, arrangements for a golf cart, maid service during our stay. Everyone was so kind. The property is comfortable with a King bed, bath (walk in shower with great water pressure), kitchen (everything you need to cook) and living room. Grocery store is walking distance from the condo. The pool is great and you are right on the reef. The diverse culture and food of Belize impressed us and we will definitely be back

Perfect!

I can's say enough good things about this property and the management! The location is perfect - close to everything, but still secluded and quiet. Steps from the pool and the ocean and minutes to walk to dozens of restaurants and bars and stores (and even a doctor's office across the street!). Having our own patio was a perfect place to have our morning coffee. The grounds and pool were beautiful. Our questions were answered promptly and we had everything we needed. They even set up swan towels and hibiscus flowers and an anniversary message on our bed! We found our place and we will be back again and again. Thank you Jackie and Nellie and all the staff at Paradise Villas

A slice of paradise!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Paradise Villas and it did not disappoint! Starting with the owner of the property, she was great to work with! We had to unfortunately reschedule our trip but she was accommodating and quick on the response! It was a sigh of relief knowing immediately it could be accommodated! The property management company was just as quick on responses, at the airport when we arrived to bring us to the condo and walk us through everything. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better! Palapas was right out of the gate and MANY other restaurants/bars and the downtown area were all within walking distance. There are grocery markets right outside of the back gate too. I would choose this place over and over again vs a big hotel on the outskirts. We got to experience more of the culture (and got lucky we were there to celebrate Belize's Independence Day!!) and never felt unsafe. We are already in talks of when we can return!

After visiting Belize for over 15 years and returning to this same condo complex because its so perfect we finally purchased our own spot!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Why this property? Maybe its the world class fishing or possibly the incredible diving and snorkling. Maybe the friendly people or the delicious food. The fact that you can walk to many resteraunts, the famous Palapa bar is just a short walk away. It is safe to walk around and the complex has added 24 hour security. Kids will love being able to swim in the pool or go down to the dock and practice thier cannon balls with the local children. Our grandkids love it here. Maybe its the breeze flowing in off the sea, rustling the palms or a friendly smile from a local girl selling fruits and vegetable. Maybe its being a day trip away from seeing ancient ruins. Maybe...... you need to discover some things on your own!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are trying to promote reef growth at the end of our dock and have many fish even a small eel that has moved in and coral starting to grow but to experience the major reef you will need to hire a tour guide. The reef is close but too far to swim. Because the reef protects the water in close to the beach the water stays very clear most of the time!!!! This is one of the main reasons we like it here so much. Other places the water gets churned up by the waves hitting the sand. We do have some murkey days but its clear a LOT.
