Great views from this top floor unit’s private shaded balcony.

Beautiful new property!! Spacious 1 Bedroom, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a fully furnished kitchen. 2 very large pools, 1with a swim up bar, and a massive hot tub are right below the unit. Great location with a spa, and restaurants within walking distance. Great views from the unit which is located on the top floor. I have seen a rainbow from my unit every trip so far.

This place exceeded all expectations

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location of the unit was perfect, short golf cart ride away from the ocean! The unit met and exceeded all expectations - clean, spacious, and can't forget the gorgeous balcony views overlooking the pool! Host was great and very accommodating.

Fantastic Stay

This building is brand spanking new with brand new appliances and a FANTASTIC view. The only thing I would say is that on VRBO this read as a condo, it's actually a hotel with a VERY helpful concierge. VRBO also has this downtown San Pedro, it's a solid 2 miles north BUT it's not a big deal AT ALL with a golf cart. In fact, we enjoyed where we were a lot. Highly highly recommend this place!

Great place

It was the perfect location to all the restaurants and things to do in San Pedro. Very nice, new, clean buildings. Security was great. People very friendly. The kayaks were a nice touch since some of our family likes to fish. Pool facility was amazing with the swim up bar. It was great that we could also use Grand Caribe’s pool. The only thing that could use improvement was access to bath and beach towels. We are a family of 4 and only got 2 towels a day. We found if we left a note that would help. Beach towels were difficult to come by as they were in the cleaning process when we checked a few times.
