Stunning new two-bedroom apartment in Les Lecques with a garden, pool, and parking space

Apartment of 50 m2 on the first floor in a luxury private residence with swimming pool reserved for residents and secure private parking. Ideally located in the center of Saint-Cyr-Les-Lecques, 3 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.
Air-conditioned accommodation with wifi, consisting of a large living room with Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (high-end mattress), a very large closet and a TV.
The living room and bedroom, overlooking the garden, are equipped with mosquito nets and electric blinds.
Linen for bedding is provided.
The bathroom has all the comforts, (shower of 120/84cm, heated towel rail, washing machine, toilet).
Towels are at your disposal.
Beach towels are not provided.
The very cosy garden (40m2) is equipped with a large awning and an electric plancha.
Parking space in the basement: 7m (depth)/2.15m (height)/2.75m (width).
The swimming pool of the Residence is open from June 1st to September 30th.

fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. Tastefully decorated, clean, good location and fully equipped. Close to the beach. Nice that there was a parking garage for the car. Good communication with the owner.

Fantastic 5 Star Stay!!

We stayed for 8 nights, and hired a Car, drove from Marseille Airport, and the Apartment is exactly as described, and fantastic! All very modern, clean, and very well equipped throughout. Cathy took time to check us in and explained everything, and the Apartment is just one street from the beach, perfect for the evening to walk to bars, restaurants, shops. We also visited many towns locally and drove very easily. A fantastic base and a great Holiday. Would highly recommend. Many thanks, Craig

Appartement très agréable, arrangé avec goût et très bien équipé jusqu'aux équipements de jardin. Place de parking très appréciable. Tout près de la plage. Plus ou moins calme selon voisins dans les autres locations. Merci Catherine, cela donne envie de revenir.

Das Apartment ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett und gutes Duschbad. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage zum Ort und zum Strand ist top, zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. St.Cyr ist ein netter, entspannter Ort und man kann sehr viel unternehmen.

Appartement très bien situé et équipé comme sa propre maison. Tout y est jusqu'au matelas de plage. De plus, le contact avec Madame Lemoux est fluide et c'est une personne réactive et disponible. Appartement à recommander les yeux fermés

Appartement idéalement situé dans St Cyr sur mer et de lieux de randonnées. Pas de mauvaise surprise : descriptif de l'annonce conforme à la réalité. Bien accompagnés par Cathie, propriétaire. Merci bcp !

Super semaine de la Toussaint sous le soleil de St Cyr…

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et ultra bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison ! Il est situé dans une résidence sécurisée à 2 pas de la plage des Lecques, proche des commerces, des restaurants. Nous avons fait de super balades (calanques de Cassis, villages perchés…) et même pu profiter de la mer. Merci pour tout Nous reviendrons c’est sûr 😊 Marie et Daniel

SEJOUR AGRÉABLE

Appartement neuf- bien aménagé et bien situé. Seul bémol: la piscine nous semble un peu petite pour la résidence en période de forte occupation.
