Our Sea Breeze is the ideal Sterling Shores Destin studio. Take the time to explore our resort, as well as the amenities offered in our surrounding area and the miles and miles of pristine beaches. This property features not one but two dazzling pools. One 4300 square foot lagoon style resort pool with a large mushroom spray fountain; and a Gulf-front private Beach Club with a beachside pool, seasonally heated for residents and guests.

Kitchenette does not have a cooktop (Ideal for reheating leftovers and prepping light meals)

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The room felt bigger than expected. The bathroom was the most surprising part. It had a really good amount of storage and room to put items. The kitchenette was a little small so I wouldn’t plan on cooking full meals in there. Everything else from the room was exactly what we expected in terms of view, size, and location. The only reason this was not 5 stars is because our room had a conjoined door with the suite next to us. You could hear the room next to you occasionally depending on where they were in the suite. Not a big deal for me and my fiancé but if you want a truly romantic getaway for cheap that might not be ideal. Check-in wasn’t overly complicated. They let me check in a hour early free of charge as well because the room was ready. Check-out was not overly complicated. Very easy walk to the beach and the private beach was not overly crowded even in June. I would definitely recommend getting the chair service that setup in the beach for you for the best spots. Otherwise for the price, the room was very good.

That is definitely something to keep in mind for guests who are looking for a truly quiet and private experience. We also love the tip about the beach chair service as that is such a great way to secure the best spots on the private beach! Great location!

My son and I stayed for 3 days. It’s within steps of the beach and have 2 pools. There is a balcony with a view to see the beach. Great spot for morning coffee and listening to the waves.

Short getaway

This studio was perfect to stay in. Everything was listed accurately in the description and it was very clean. We were unsure how to unlock the balcony door but it wasn’t a huge deal for us. I would definitely come back!

Sand in room from previous tenants no biggie it’s the beach. Gate codes only worked at getting in to pool from street side and getting back in from beach. Over all great stay it was my 6th year to stay at Sterling Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the apartment (Sterling Shores 804A) and we may choose to go there again. Me and my wife had an enjoyable stay there. The only recommendation, given that typically there are two people booking, is that the seating area should accommodate a couple. Now there is a single chair inside, and a single patio chair outside, with a minuscule table that cannot properly fit two coffee mugs and two full size plates, a for breakfast, or for lunch.

We loved the property, the area, and of course the beautiful beach! The only issue we had was we were given the wrong code to get into the gates. Apparently it was last years code so it worked on some gates but not others ( did not work to get our car into the parking lot). But we went to the office when they opened and got it figured. Everything else was great…we will be back!
