Good but...

There are many things to like about this property (size, location, outside patio etc.) and some things to dislike. In the ad it doesnt mention the sheets cost a fortune, also the lawn wasnt mowed and shower was falling apart. A little extra care from the owner would make it perfect

Maison spacieuse. Agréablement surpris car les photos ne permettaient pas de se rendre compte de cet espace. Très bien située. Tout le confort nécessaire. De quoi rentrer 2 voitures. Terrasse grande et agréable. Quartier calme. Tout est réuni pour passer un super séjour.

Superbe maison avec jardin à 5 min en vélo de la plage

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Cuisine très bien équipée, salon cosy et beau jardin avec terrasse et store pour des moments farniente. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une bonne adresse …

Logement spacieux et bien aménagé, cependant c est dommage de ne pouvoir avoir accès aux poubelles extérieures de la maison c est la première fois que ça nous arrive, peu pratique quand on est en moto ( pas de tri possible) ; nécessite de les déposer ds un container à 1km de la maison. Déjà signalé, frottement du bas de caisse des voitures ..et revoir la hauteur des lampes , les plus de 1 m 80 se cognent la tête..

Maison agreable et bien équipée

La maison est très agréable avec sa belle terrasse mais contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain (salle d’eau). La noue est un petit village peu animé en septembre et à 1,5km du bourg de sainte marine .

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location ! Toit était prêt et propre à notre arrivée, et il y avait un petit mot sur la table ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin. Tout était conforme à la description. La maison est très bien située, proche de la mer et d’un petit centre-ville (2min à pied) avec des loueurs de vélo. Il y avait également beaucoup de jouets d’enfant disponible, et cela a ravi notre fils de 2 ans Petit point négatif cependant, l'entrée du portail est assez haute et le châssis de notre voiture frottait systématiquement au sol. Cela nous a obligés à garer notre Peugeot 308 sur le parking situé derrière, mais ce n’était pas insurmontable

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison, très bien entretenue. Emplacement calme mais proche de tous les commerces. Contact avec la propriétaire très agréable et prévenant, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
