About this property

CHARMING HOUSE ILE DE RÉ - in the heart of the village of Loix

Old house located in the heart of the authentic village of Loix, located very close to shops and the village square but also close to the small calm and guarded beach of Grouin.

Ideal for a family with young children. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.

The house includes a pleasant living room with a sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with independent toilets, a mezzanine with a bunk bed and a point of water that can accommodate children.

Quiet and comfortable, the house also benefits from a small tree-lined and sunny garden enclosed by walls, a terrace (which can be covered with a blind) and a garage for one car with bicycles available.

Loix is a charming village with a sweet atmosphere where life is good and is a privileged place to discover the salt marshes. It is ideally located in the center of Ile de Ré, allowing quick access to other villages by car or bicycle thanks to the cycle tracks (very close to the house.)

Agréable séjour

Maison confortable et bien équipée à proximité du centre village. La terrasse équipée d'un store nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors même avec une petite pluie. Seul petit point négatif, la proximité de la rue qui génère un peu de bruit le soir ou le matin.

Une magnifique petite maison, équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour bien cuisiner et manger confortablement. Elle est très bien située, non loin de la plage et d'un petit mais charmant marché. Les hôtes sont très aimables et prévenants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schönes Sommerhaus im Herzen des Ortes Loix

Das Haus liegt in der Ortslage Loix mit seinen schönen engen Gassen. Man kann bequem mit dem Fahrrad (gegen Nutzererklärung vom Gastgeber gestellt)zum Markt und zum Strand fahren. Das Haus ist im Sommer gut gekühlt auch ohne Klimaanlage. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung mit allen Geräten funktioniert sehr gut. Die Gastgeber (französisch/englisch Sprache) sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Zentral gelegenes Haus in Fussweite zur Ortsmitte

Mit 3 kompletten Schlafzimmern, ein weiteres Stockbett für 2 Kinder in einer Nische, gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, alles kompakt und alles vorhanden. Schöner kleiner, nicht einsehbarer Garten. Vom Haus aus kann man Bäckerei, kleinen Sparladen, Markt und Restaurant zu Fuss erreichen. Kleine Garage, eher für die Fahrräder. Danke an die Gastgeberin Madame Collin mit sehr netter Kommunikation!

Petite maison pleine de charme et chaleureuse bien située dans Loix, à proximité du marché et non loin de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable également. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille après avoir été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire!
