Perfekte Lage für Zeit in Köln

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr zügig und freundlich. Die Wohnung blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet…habe mich über die Weihnachtsdekoration sehr gefreut. Allerdings war die Raumtemperatur in Wohnzimmer und Küche auf 19 Grad gedeckelt. Uns war es zu kalt und hätte ich es vorher.gewusst …hätte ich nicht gebucht . Wen das nicht stört : sehr schöne Wohnung. Von Bahnhof Rösrath 20 min mit der RB 25 nach Köln

Schöne Wohnung für Kurztrip

Die Wohnung liegt nah an Köln und ist gut mit der Bahn innerhalb von 20 min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Auch auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer konnte man gut schlafen, da der Vermieter eine gute Matratze aufgelegt hat Die Nähe zur Autobahn hört man. Die Nähe zum Flughafen war akustisch von uns nicht zu hören. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung

Gewachsenes weitläufiges und hügeliges Wohngebiet. Gewisses Grundrauschen durch die nahe Autobahn kann man gut überhören, Flugzeuge hört man nur gelegentlich. Sehr gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung im Grünen, sehr komplett und durchdacht eingerichtet. Zwei sehr große Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und dem Wohn-Schlafraum. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

Tolle Wohnung

Witklich sehr gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung, in Küche und Badezimmer alles vorhanden, freundlicher Vermieter. Mit Auto gute Anbindung, div Geschäfte in 2-3 min. Fahrzeit vorhanden Anbindung ÖPNV nicht beurteilbar.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber und dazu noch liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist auch das Nötigste vorhanden. Köln ist sehr gut zu erreichen und ganz in der Nähe sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen oder selber nochmal besuchen :)

Es ist eine kleine, mit vielen Küchengeräten und diversen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattete, hübsch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Für 2 Leute ist es perfekt, mit 4 Leuten kann man auch locker damit klarkommen. Lage ist gut - ein paar Fahrminuten bis zum Bahnhof, die Geschäfte und kleine Lokale sind auch in der Nähe. Ein sehr netter Vermieter - und alles in allem super! Gerne mal wieder :)

Eine tolle Wohnung mit hohem Weiterempfehlungswert !

Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung nur sehr kurz war, haben wir ihn sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde gleich alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle und moderne Ausstattung und war auch sehr sauber. Und auch wenn der Flughafen in der Nähe war, haben die Flugzeuggeräusche einen nie groß gestört, auch nachts nicht. Wir würden diese Wohnung und den Vermieter stets weiterempfehlen und würden wenn wir mal wieder eine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Köln benötigen, mit Sicherheit wieder diese wählen :)

Tolle Fewo !!

Wir haben zu zweit eine tolle Woche in der Fewo verbracht.2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem TV.Wo hat man das schon.Alles modern .Die Küche top mit allem,was dazugehört.Selbst Kaffee und viele Sorten Tee.Eine große Empfehlung !! Lutz G.aus Chemnitz
