Get comfortable in this huge 2 br apartment on the third floor of a historic victorian brick row house. Featuring exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful original floors and woodwork, this apartment is located close to downtown, hospital, state capitol, and major employers.
You have the entire third floor apartment to yourself, large living room with vaulted ceiling and dining area, full kitchen equipped with everything you need, 2 equal sized bedrooms, and full bathroom with shower (no tub). You also have access to the front porch and back patio and shared basement laundry room. There is ample free street parking in front of the house, and one space reserved in the back driveway.
