Spacious Two Level Beach Unit

Jacob, It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay as we strive to make our property comfortable and enjoyable for all our guests. In response to your points: The photo differences are due to the timing of bookings and the actual date the guest stays. Property owners sometimes have to swap out furniture and furniture sometimes gets damaged between guest stays. While there was a tear in one cushion; the couch was fully functional. The refrigerator and freezer is brand new and in perfect operating condition before and after your stay. The freezer is equipped with an small ice tray that you improperly placed in the freezer causing it to not close as it binded against the freezer door shelving. The resolution was seemless - all you had to do was move the placement of the ice tray. Upon your departure you left the freezer open causing significant unnecessary frost build-up. Beach parking is a premium and limited but we do offer 1 tandem parking space which can be an inconvenience but doable. Paid parking is available close by. Our house rules are simple - leave the property in the same condition you received it in. We entrust our guests to take care of our property but you purposely threw the bedding on the floor, left trash overflowing in the barrel and on the counter alongside half cleaned dishes and left cooked food on the stove top. We found this to not be in accordance with the house rules. The master bedroom has a basic full platform bed. The wifi is controlled by the utility companies and guest usage. The "strange unit" in the kitchen is a permanent winter heater. It is not noticed in the photos because it is along the back wall/corner of the kitchen and not in the middle of the floor.
