"Mariposa" is a charming and recently updated 1BR-1BA condo located at Gulf Place on 30a. With stunning 4th floor views of the sugar white beach from the balcony and an awesome location, we give this vacation spot 5 stars!

Gulf Place is a trendy, picturesque town on the beaches of 30A with eclectic boutiques, art galleries, family-owned stores, bistros, a Pilates studio, pharmacy, and outdoor green space for entertainment. Our vacation rental offers exclusive access to all three Gulf Place pools and hot tubs, picturesque walking trails and private beach access just 100 steps away. And for the sports enthusiast in the group, enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts available on a first-come, first-served basis! Bicycle, kayak, and stand-up board rentals are available just outside the entrance to our elevator.

Cozy and sunny describes this delightful 4th floor condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. The family area offers plenty of seating including a sleeper sofa, an Smart TV (no cable), and access to a private balcony with gulf views. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an Smart TV, and opens to a private balcony with gulf views. Our kitchen offers a new dishwasher and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Guests can also enjoy comfortable dining with seating for four. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but, a laundry room is within the building. WiFi is also included.

Gulf Place is a treat! The town center features an outdoor amphitheater that hosts summertime concerts. Beach front church services are held at the Ed Walline beach entrance complete with guitar music. There is shuffleboard, croquet, two tennis courts, and 17 miles of scenic walking/biking trails. For the golfer in the group, Gulf place is located adjacent to The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Plan to visit the nearby towns of Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Watersound, and Rosemary Beach! For a day trip adventure, charter a fishing boat, enjoy boutique shopping at the Destin Commons, outlet shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, or the Big Kahunas Water Park in Destin.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
