A really nice place with a great view

We enjoyed our visit very much. We liked breakfast with the amazing view to the sea every day. The apartment has everything you need and also the pool is just a few steps to walk away. A nice beach was just 15 minutes away and for those who like to see Monaco and Nizza it’s easy to reach via train, if you don’t want to search for a parking spot.

Great for a get away

Peaceful place, remote from everything in nature, the view is exceptional. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed the tranquility, but it's important to be aware of a few practical considerations.The location is right on the border between two countries, which affects both cell phone reception and connectivity—there was no WiFi during our entire stay, and unfortunately, this could not be resolved despite the owner's efforts. The cell reception is very poor too. The owner was responsive and collaborative via WhatsApp and solved some issues in the beginning.Access to the property requires good driving skills, as the road leading up is narrow, steep, and full of tight curves. In summer, it can get quite busy with traffic, and in many spots only one car can pass at a time.Overall, it's a beautiful place if you're looking to disconnect and be surrounded by nature, but be prepared for limited connectivity and challenging road access.

The apartment was very nice with a breathtaking amazing view and very nice clean and well maintained swimming pull in the community, everything was well setup. It is located central between the italian reviera and the Côte d'Azur. We were very well informed about everything by the hosts and given a very detailed manual for the appartment and the driveway. In case of needed support the host was very friendly and always available by phone. the first drive up hill was a bit challenging by our arrival late in the night, but we got easily used to it already by our second drive. I could recommend this appartment and would book it again if we should be in the area again if possibele and available. We have enjoied our stay much, especially the balcony with that great view over the Côte d'Azur every evening. Best Regards

L'accueil était correcte avec une bouteille de bienvenue dans le frigo.L'appartement est fonctionnel et très agréable. Point remarquable, la vue est exceptionnelle depuis le balcon. A noter cependant, l'accès se mérite il faut être un conducteur confirmé pour accéder à l'appartement. Une fois arrivé l'emplacement pour la voiture est top et habrité. Le seul bémol du séjour, la chaudière à besoin d'être réparé car elle n'a pas fournit l'eau chaude pour que nous puissions prendre des douches, l'eau était à peine tiède. Même si Chloé a essayé de prendre en compte à distance le problème de la chaudière celle-ci n'a pas pu être réparé durant notre séjour. Je ne doute pas que Chloé enverra la maintenance régler le problème pour les prochains vacanciers.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt hoch oben in den Bergen und ist Teil einer Residenz bestehend aus 3 großen Wohnblöcken. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küste von Menton ist super. Ein privater Stellplatz ist vorhanden und in der Gegend auch sehr praktisch. Größte Enttäuschung: das Inserat gibt einen Pool an, deswegen hatten wir als Familie mit kleinen Kindern hier gebucht, nach Ankunft erklärte uns die Vermieterin, dass der Pool für Urlauber mit weniger als 30 Tagen Anwesenheit nicht zugänglich sei. De facto gibt es also für die wahrscheinlich meisten Buchungen keinen Pool. Die Anzeige ist irreführend. Zudem ist in der Wohnung seit der Bauzeit kaum in Instandhaltung investiert worden. Beim Einchecken war die Wohnung dreckig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eher enttäuschend und den Preis definitiv nicht wert.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben auf dem Berg. Auffahrt ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Oben angekommen, hat man auf dem Balkon eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schade, dass man den Pool nicht nutzen darf.Senettte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief

Séjour très agréable

Rejoindre la résidence sur les hauteurs se mérite mais à l’arrivée la vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très soigné, les espaces verts sont entretenus à la perfection et le coin piscine avec vue sur mer un pur bonheur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. A refaire et à conseiller.

Traumzuhause auf Zeit

Wenn man eine Reise tut lässt man sein Zuhause zurück, doch hier finden Sie ein perfektes Zuhause auf Zeit. Geräumig, groß, bestens ausgestattet mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Menton Frankreich und Monaco. Sie sollten ein wenig bergerprobt sein um die Serpentinen lieben dann erreichen sie die Wohnanlage.Küche mit Waschmaschine Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett, Stellplatz, Pool erwarten Sie. Chloé unsere Gastgeberin hatte uns sogar einen Prosecco im Kühlschrank stellen lassen. Öl, Gewürze, Salz waren schon vorhanden, ich konnte gleich loskochen. Das kleine Bad hat ein Bidet und eine Dusche. Am Pool gibt es einen Tischkicker und Tischtennis Platte mit Schläger. Während unserer zweiten Woche war der Pool dann leider gesperrt, das vermieste uns gerade den letzten Tag weil wir in der Wohnung bleiben wollte, so haben wir nur Spielen und uns Sonnen können. Meiden sie den Conad in Latte, gruselig und eng. Gehen Sie mal nach Menton. Schöner Strand, schöne Stadt, tolle Supermärkte. In Ventimiglia gibt es auch Lidl und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind wir immer nach Ventimiglia gefahren. Bei den näheren fanden wir leider immer keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Chloé, sie war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar für uns. Vor der Ankunft erhielten wir die Anweisungen verpackt in einer verständlichen Anleitung, besser geht nicht. Liebe Chloé gerne werden wir wieder bei dir buchen wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht

Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich an Ausstattung wünscht. Das Schwimmbad hat ein Sprungbrett und meistens hatten wir den Pool für uns alleine. Nachmittags war sogar eine Badeaufsicht vor Ort. Der Pool ist recht groß und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung ist gut beschrieben und wir haben es auf Anhieb gefunden. Die Eigentümerin ist per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sehr zügig unsere Anfragen beantwortet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung.
