This comfortable and bright house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, traditional and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 2 armchairs, a sofa, a television. A bedroom is located on the ground floor (double bed 140x200), cupboard, as well as the shower room and WC.
On the first floor, the bright mezzanine contains two single beds and a cupboard.
The veranda has a dining table and storage space, and the terrace has a stone barbecue.
Pets are not allowed.
Sheets and/or towels are extra on reservation

Located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, the Ayguades district is appreciated for its tranquillity, its lake, its local shops, its market and its long and wide sandy beaches.
