Its cost is 4% of the rent amount.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be required upon your arrival during the inventory, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) not charged. Please ensure that your credit card limit is sufficient for the pre-authorization to be accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.

Excellent séjour, mais problèmes récurents avec la domotique (portier de garage, lave vaiselle et climatisation) qui ont été pénibles à la longue malgré la réactivité de l'agence En vous souhaitant que ces desagréements soient desormais durablement réglés
